They only had one “boyfriend chair,” a term I use for a chair in a nice store to sit in while you wait for your significant other to shop.I think it was more for decorations, but in my book just having at least one is better than none. They also had a bench but I think it was primarily for decoration.

No one acknowledged I came in the store. Didn't ask if I needed help. You never know who's coming to purchase. Beautiful items, no customer service at all. Sorry for the owners losing money. One lady was in there just dancing around talking about she had Asian wisdom.. Not acknowledging customers is not job security.

One of the best stores ever made. Fabrics are soft and patterns are always beautiful. Clothes and home furnishings are top notch. Been going to the store in Seattle for over ten years and this one was just as nice. The staff was amazing. Friendly and very helpful in getting different sizes to try on and also suggesting what to mix and match. 5 stars.

Beautiful clothing. Especially the dresses. If you wear Plus size, not for us. Prices are in the middle of the road. Nice location at the International Marketplace. Lots of great shopping and dining here.

This my honest review .Everyone should read this .I shopped Anthropologie for 20 years in LA and never had any issues . Zero .I tried give this store a chance but it just bad .One day I had accident here where they had misplaced stone made chair in a tiny fitting room that I injured my self and my nail came off hitting the char and I was bleeding .No emloyee wanted to help me they had said " are you going to buy anything today "I spoke to district manager .Next time I went there i asked for a different employee to help me as I have the right to do that Bcs I wasn't getting the help I need .Next day I got a call from district manager saying I caused Pain to her employee omg and hurt their feelings But I don't go there to take care of their feelings it's not my job , I was polite but I want good customer service and I am a paying loyal customer of anthropologie for 20 years !!!!She told me u are banned from all our stores in Hawaii and u can never ever come back shop again !!Why ?I believe I was retaliated and discriminated against Bcs I am white living in Hawaii and it's a thing here .I developed ptsd and had to be in therapy for this i am a good person .That's what they did to me .20 years shopping on Mainland and zero issues !!! Only amazing experiences.I am going to talk to my lawyer as this is retaliation.

I really likes the merchandise. I am a handicapable stroke survivor. Apparently they were being nice to help me. Although out in the store they were acting bothered to do their jobs. He was so mortified. It completely ruined my shopping experience and ruined our pleasant evening together. I want to drop everything back off I am so disheartened. I would shop Free People. They have better customer service. I am disgusted.
