Avoid this place at all costs. I ordered a tire and was texted that they received it on July 6th. They were closing up shop til the 10th (Wed-Sat are the days they're open). I was asked to drop it off then, which I did and didn't hear anything after calling for 8 consecutive business days. I had left it out front, so after two weeks with no text or phone response and driving by and not seeing it, I called to make a stolen vehicle police report. I relayed that info, and the owner responded two days later saying they had the bike and it'd be done Wednesday. Then I got a text Wednesday that it'd be done Thursday. No text or call Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. Drove there Saturday, and they hadn't done anything with the bike. I asked for the tire and for them to bring the bike out, and I'll get the work done elsewhere. Sat and waited for 30 mins before interrupting the front office lady for the tire. No sense of urgency or discount offered for wasting 3 weeks of my time for a 30 min job (max). Easily the worst customer service I've seen out of any auto shop. Idk how they're still in business.
To be transparent, she mentioned the owner had health issues, but not picking up the office phone for 12 consecutive business days or making return calls is unacceptable. Simple communication goes a long way. I've had most of my work done with the HD dealership, and I'll continue going there after this disaster of an experience trying to support a local shop.

Worst customer service ever. Won't recommend. Better go to a different location than having to deal with the bad attitude.

I am a retiring military officer with 21 years of honorable service in the Navy. I asked to be a part time helper at Andys Motorcycle Shop for both experience and to make a little bit of extra money. I have no experience in a shop and was looking forward to learning.
Andy is quite frankly one of the worst human beings I’ve ever encountered, my belief system wants to believe in the best intent in everyone , instead I left (while on the job ), which I have never done. He’s a sad and angry individual who I pity.
As far as his business ethics go, he has no work ethic or respect for customers , he routinely talks down to them…I urge you to take your business elsewhere. Your respect and money is too valuable to waste on someone without baseline emotional intelligence and compassion /respect for others .

Andy’s is the only motorcycle shop I’d trust. They always try to fit me into their busy schedule and are honest about prices. The overall bike servicing and new tires I got from them a year ago were great, and a recent repair by Andy was fantastic.

Went in for a flat tire. He had told me to come at 12, but when I got there he was working on changing a minor part on a friends bike and didn’t touch mine until 2. Finally finished mine around 3 but at that time another friend came in carrying a tire. He left my bike on the stand, went and worked on his friends tire for another 10/15 minutes. When confronted about why he wouldn’t finish my bike before doing another customer, even though the work was done and mine was just on the stand making me wait, he said “That’s not how I operate” and continued chatting with friend #2. The whole time he was extremely short, constantly interrupting answers to things he had asked, etc. I will ask the corner crackheads to fix anything motorcycle related before going there ever again. By the way, his shop is not located where it says on google, but he never mentioned that when I had called ahead of time. Terrible business, extremely unprofessional, the only reason there is even 1 star is I had a good chat with another customer while waiting.

Had the rear tire on hand for my touring motorcycle and replaced it on the same day with no appointment. Also assisted with troubleshooting a sticky throttle. The guy was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be bringing my motorcycle back when it needs work.

Tried for months to be level headed and ended up getting cussed out for being patient and understanding.Andy had my bike for 5 months for a fairly simple job after I got rear-ended on the H-1. I gave him plenty of time, never even checking in for the first two months. Called a couple times over the next three months and he always told me the same thing, that the bike would be ready in a week or two and always a new excuse. My favorite was "I wasn't working on it because I thought you were on vacation" because I told him I was fine with waiting an extra week to get the bike back completely done instead of waiting and returning it after a part came in.After another couple weeks, I came in and he told me he'd have it ready my Friday and that he'd call me. It was about half an hour before he closes, so I gave him a call just to check and see if I should still be expecting it. He didn't answer, so I figured he was busy and I'd just drop in real quick for a ten second conversation to see if I should be expecting the bike that day or not. When I got there, he came up to my car and said "I said I'd call you, didn't I? This is the problem, I tell people I'll call them and instead they come here and waste my time. Now instead of working on your bike, I have to waste my time talking to you."He then proceeded to cuss me out and ranted for a good five minutes until he stormed off, ignoring me.After picking up the bike, I genuinely felt unsafe because of his anger towards me and how it might have affected the work he did. I also had to bring a friend with me to pick up the bike because I felt unsafe coming back to shop alone. But nothing happened when I picked up the bike and so far it seems that the bike is in good operating condition.Big mahalos, AndyLooking forward to your sarcastic response that you've already give the other low star reviews.

I was recommended to head here. Uncle Andy was a really friendly guy, and he was able to put the work in that I need very quickly? He was above and beyond on a few things, so I’d always recommend him

Found them using Google maps and used previous reviews..
So very happy I did. Friendly beyond words.
Not only did they happen to have exactly what I've been searching for a month for, but loaned me the tools to install right there.
Wouldn't even accept my attempt to over pay. I was just so grateful to find a helmet box that I could try before buying.
I mentioned my birthday had just past and it just opened up even more aloha!
I will be returning to them first and foremost before searching elsewhere for any of my needs!
Stop in and say hello to the awesome family dogs if for no other reason. :')

I used to be Andy’s regular customer. I spent over $1000 on his services. I believe the quality of his work is not the same as it was before . As of today , he is understaffed and he is not doing great job anymore. Andy is not doing appointments… the “first come, first served” rule is supposed to be in place . However, Andy himself violates this rule. On 07/01, I stoped by Andy’s shop to fix my bike. I was first in line and I expected to be serviced first. I waited for 8 hours and Andy literally wasted my time. He prioritised other customers who came after me . Andy didn’t tell me that he couldn’t service my bike , he didn’t tell me to come next day, he just didn’t care. When I inquired about why other people were given priority, he got mad and returned me my bike back . Andy inconvenienced me and he didn’t even try to fix he situation. Normally , if you run a business and you somehow inconveniences your customer, you would try your best to make things right. It looks like Andy is not aware about this basic rule . Guys , Andy can change a tire / oil…..but he be aware that you will his least priority , if you need real repair that requires knowledge/ skills and time. Also, Andy provides bad customer service. He gets angry very easy and he doesn’t know how to talk nicely to his customers. Conclusion: if you need to change oil / tire , you can try your chances and hire Andy. However, I would not recommend you to deal with Andy, if you need to diagnose and repair your bike .
