The staff is always super friendly and inviting. All the equipment is in working order and promptly fixed if not. Overall the gym is kept very clean and neatly put up.

Staff are very creepy. They'll video tape you without your consent. They're not very friendly to all martial artists. Train elsewhere.

The basketball court really needs some TLC. Someone is going to hurt themselves. They even have kids playing in there, and those floors have slick spots that no shoes can grip.

This is the gym you go to when you’re serious and just want to workout out. There’s no fancy frills - just hard core equipment. The staff is AMAZING and fun! Fave gym!!!

You will need valid military ID to use this facility. It has a wide variety of machines and workout tools for use. This gym also has a sauna and showers. Only set back is there is no ac but we come to sweat anyways. There is also a pool but it is rarely open. Overall nice place to get a workout in.
