Always helpful, always have the tire I need, always reasonable. I have been using these guys for years at both locations, and have never had a complaint.

Second time coming to American Tire on town side and they took care of me same day no appt to repair a tire with a screw in it. Great customer service, muchas gracias and much mahalo to the American Tire Co Team.

My car had a bumpy/twisted tire that caused vibration when driving between 20-35 MPH speed so I brought it here. They spotted the faulty tire right away and replaced it within minutes. The cost was very reasonable. Not only that, they gave me a warranty for the lifetime of the tire, which is a real plus!

I had a flat the other night and searched (on Yelp) tire shops nearest me that opened the earliest. This company opened up early and had phenomenal reviews. But because it was late in the evening when I had my flat, I couldn't make an appointment, so I hoped for the best the next day. I arrived right when they opened and was greeted by Daniel Batty. I asked if he could fix my flat, and I explained I was desperate for an appointment in town I had to head into. He said he had appointments that he "needed to honor" and would do his best to fit me in. I totally appreciated how he worded that because he didn't bump anyone, he didn't promise anything but was extremely service oriented. He said he would try to have me out by a certain time, and beat that time by over an hour! Unbelievable service! Thanks again, Daniel! I made it to my appointment with time to spare (pun intended).
