We had late reservations for a large party. We were there about 2 hours. They had only a few servers. It took awhile before getting our meals. Filled up on bread and cheese toast.

Loved learning the history regarding the tower and it is beautiful at night when it is all lit up

Mythical place on the island, performance venue in the evening with a festive and musical atmosphere, I recommend

There is paid parking in front.
Great views of the ocean, beach, Diamond Head. There are several restaurants and bars. All good. There is an extension of the university there. The view from the top of the tower is amazing.

There are a few small shops, restaurants and numerous typical Hawaiian sculptures here, but no market. Doesn't necessarily invite you to linger. The WiFi is very good for that. The Aloha Tower looks particularly beautiful, but is unfortunately closed. However, this is not indicated anywhere, as the opening times are still there, but at least not at the moment.

This is where we boarded the Star of Honolulu dinner cruise. There is also an outdoor shopping mall here with several restaurants, stores and various business-related suites. Most of them were closed at the time of our arrival late in the afternoon. Reason being it was Prince Kuhio's birthday, a yearly holiday celebrated on March 26th. You can also view much of the port with a short walk around, and it looks like there was a maritime museum there as well. A gigantic Princess cruise ship was docked there also. First time seeing one up close! Maybe that's our next trip...
