Please stay clear of this company. tech support will never call you back unless you prepay $900 for "service hours". keep in mind after 12 months you lose the "service hours" and must pay another $900. any business owners can attest, troubleshooting doesn't just exist monday-friday 8-5 and that sometimes things may occur after hours or weekends. there are many cheaper and great technical support POS options out there, do your research and stay clear of doing business with these guys. but if you enjoy the stress and the run around, this company may be for you.

No option for 0 star so had to click on 1. Like most other on here, service is just terrible. If you're not willing to PREPAID, might as well get a hammer and fix your POS. Do your research and don't fall for the 1 friend that gave them a 5 star review.

I have been using aloha point of sale pos system for 4 years. All I can say is they all about money money and money... Everytime you got a tech problems... U have to prepaid for the service hours($900 for 6 or 8 hours) first before they fix your problems...Anyway... Long story short... Got burglarized 1 month ago at my restaurant... Called them nobody pick up the phone... So I left a voice mail about my cash register got stolen and the receipt was damaged... Asked them to call me back... Until now... Never got a single call from them. If I could give 0 star I would...

I rarely write reviews but needed to express my experience with an Indian gentleman who was very rude to me for no apparent reason. I was standing outside on the curb over 20 feet away from the front entrance of CompuTant while on a business call and rudely interrupted by scathing remarks from this man. I'm not sure if he's a male chauvinist or simply having a moody Monday but this is no way to treat another human being. He yelled at me telling me to move off the curb since it's private property meanwhile, I live right across the street and frequent many other friendly business owners in the same building. If this is any representation of their business I would highly caution before giving this company any consideration or money. I now see why these ratings are so low. It just goes to show you get what you put out there. Let's remember to be kind and treat others with respect moving forward.

Terrible service! Don't get trapped into Itabs pos or anything this company offers! They call you everyday to sell you their services and after you sign they don't even return your call until maybe 3 days later. They also charge you for phone calls, when you figure out how to fix it yourself eventually. When running a business and you need your POS system to work don't count on these guys! Terrible! We tried to support a "local" business but ended up paying a lot of unnecessary fees and costs for a POS system that lost us a lot of sales because their system was not working or connecting. It doesn't matter if it's the iPads Bluetooth, why don't you make your own tablet that doesn't disconnect so much, after paying thousands and thousands of dollars for the system you should not have to deals with these type of problems. So disappointed! Then when we try to end services they send all these unpaid invoices that came out of nowhere. Someone warned me about this company and I should have listened before. Please don't make the mistake we did and don't get fooled by this company.

Spoke with sales representative over the phone today who forgot what my question was twice. I requested if they have a service where one of their technicians could come and program my inventory for me. I had a poor experience over the phone and probably wouldn't trust a company who doesn't have a professional sales representative.
