Wayde is da man! Definitely a mortgage guru as stated in his signature block (lol), but in all seriousness, we had a extremely convoluted transaction. Wayde always tried to think of an out the box solution. He truly is looking out for your best interest and is willing to take the time to explain things to you to ensure you feel comfortable with that direction of choice. Taylor was also very helpful as well too and very on top of things to gather all....literally all the documents you need. Go see the mortgage guru!

From DocuSign with the initial disclosures all the way through to closing with a mobile notary that came to my house, everything flowed quickly and seamlessly.
