Looking for an ev. Kia was not the greatest looking dealership, but they made up for it with service. We had an appointment with Shirley, she was excellent (very good car knowledge) she answered all of the questions we had and gave us a great price range for the cars we were looking at.

Would never try to buy a car here again. I had an appointment for a vehicle, and called directly before arriving for my appointment to ensure the vehicle was still there. Upon arrival they informed me they had already sold the vehicle days ago, dropped me off at a random lot, and proceeded to leave. Would not recommend l.

This place is awful. Extremely expensive for low quality work. Call around to get quotes, do not go with these guys just because you bought your car here. Aloha Kia service department is a rip off. Hopefully this saves you time and money.

I don't understand all the negative reviews on here. First of all the car salespeople and Service department are also so accommodating and Knowledgeable. I met Rosie from service when I moved here 16 years ago.From all car dealerships I've bought cars fromShe's the Best overall.Just want to tell Kia, Much MahaloAnd Rosie Much Mahalo for getting me in and outwhen getting service.Keep up the Awesome work and Cars

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership!!! Traded in a brand new car bought another brand new car. I paid off my new car, but my payment was due on the car that I traded in so I made my payment to avoid having a late payment and Kia kept my money that was paid to Kia finance without my knowledge, I owed 50k on the car I traded in but made a $1,000 paymen. Kia kept my money and put it towards the down payment that payment without consulting me. money shoulve gotten refunded to me not to my new car down payment. They use my service contract and my gap on the car I traded in and was going to use that money for down payment, but they never turned in my papers to cancel my service contract. they said the person that was supposed to do that didn't do it so they said that's why they use my refund on the down payment. that payment I made towards my loan when they paid off my loan it was 50,000 was 49,000 when they paid it off because I didn't want a late payment. they kept $1000 of my money without my knowledge putting it towards the down payment that was supposed to be made from canceling the service contract I bought. it's been two months and I still never got my money back. They still didn't cancel my service contract and they're saying that I owe them money for the down payment because they forgot to turn in the service contract by far the worst experience the worst management going to the Better Business Bureau and contacting a lawyer ..Now that it took them so long and they still didn't turn it in I lose a lot of money because months go by and every day goes by I lose the value of my service contract and my gap.Also, now they change ownership I have to do the cancellation of the service and gap contract. Don't buy a vehicle from these people. They are crooks

I purchased a new 2024 Kia Carnival SX Prestige from salesman Darwin Villa on 9/10/23. Prior to this, we were waiting for the same model vehicle that was set to arrive by the 18th of September. Darwin notified us of a cancellation and asked if we would like to take the earlier option. We thought it strange Darwin didn't want to notify his manager of the other customer's cancellation and asked us to not say anything.... My wife and I thought it was a blessing to get it early. We purchased and took it straight home and parked it in the garage. On 9/11/23, I took it to a ceramic coat specialist to protect the paint job. In my rush and excitement to purchase the new vehicle for my wife, I failed to inspect closely the paint job on the show room floor. While looking at the vehicle with the ceramic coat specialists during their pre-inspection, I was shocked to see massive swirl marks, not one, but many throughout the entire exterior. We captured a video and brought this video to the attention of Darwin Villa. His response was "Unfortunately, we can not do anything with the price of the vehicle, those marks weren't there while the car was in the showroom, however whenever you are in the area around 12-4 pm you can text me for car washes." I am extremely disheartened at Aloha Kia's response to something that was clearly present at time of purchase. I would not recommend purchasing from Darwin Villa or Aloha Kia as the customer service and integrity is clearly lacking.

I see my review of this place was somehow removed, interesting they don’t want to hear the truth about them. They are unreliable ( not keeping appointments made), unprofessional (instead of talking to you in person, they will text while you’re in the same place). They rummaged through my car glove box to check on my cabin ac filter without asking me for last oil check. I will never go to them again. One star is too much for this particular location.

Ask for Ward, he was a great, knowledgeable, and kind salesman! He was very patient with the entire process and kindly explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend everyone to buy a car from him!

Great and friendly staff and they made me feel very comfortable during the car buying process. I was assisted by Darwin who was great at helping to keep me updated as I was waiting for a car ordered online. The overall process was incredibly easy.

I would like to say I had a great experience at Aloha Kia Airport. I was helped by Shirly V. Gadiaza, she went above and beyond. Shirly also helped my wife with her car. I have purchased two cars from Aloha Kia in the last few months and just took delivery of my new 2023 Kia Forte GT2 last week. The overall experience was excellent. I was helped with no pressure from start to finish. I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to stay in contact with Shirly and Aloha Kia for all my vehicle needs. A relaxing car shopping experience. That’s an oxymoron for sure. Kia Airport listens to the customers needs when it comes to the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle and budget. My sales representative, Darwin Villa was informative and respectful. Took that extra step in all he did. I must say that the service team was exceptional as well in completing my Quantum service. I will recommend KIA Airport as the go to place for anyone looking to make a new car purchase. Thank you Aloha KIA Airport for your exceptional customer service.

I work with 3 individuals, the young lady at the front desk, the shuttle driver and the mechanic. They were all very helpful, friendly and professional. I wish I could remember there names. All my dealings with Aloha Kia airport have been great.
