Picked up a coffee here, and it was rather good for a gas station.

I am very disappointed with the security guard at the Kahala Aloha Island Mart/gas station. My teenage daughter was waiting for me to pick her up there at about 8:30 pm tonight. For safety’s sake, I told her to wait right outside the minimart’s entrance. The security guard told her she had to get off the property and actually walked her to the sidewalk to make sure she left knowing I was close! She’s 5’ tall and weighs 95 pounds! Anything could’ve happened to her, yet he didn’t care!

Not the cheapest gas around, but the mart has a good selection of food and drink.

Like others here have said. Terrible customer service. Attendents are as rude as can be. Snacks are way overpriced and the fountain drinks are junk. Won't ever go there again. The Texaco on Kapahulu near Ala Wai Blvd. is way better. Attendents are friendly, snacks are better, has better air and water for your car. And they have Costco hot dogs and muffins. Do yourself a favor and go there instead.

Very convenient gas station location with a lots of food and drinks choices to go. They have musubis, poke, sandwiches and many more. There is a box of Christmas Toy Drive drop off located inside the store. Cashiers could have been more friendly, though. They look stressed, no smile and no aloha at all. Aloha store without aloha!

Make sure if you send a young child in you check the change he or she is given. They will try to rob kids. My son went in to buy a musubi that costs $2.29. He pulled out $3 and the fat a** guy behind the counter told him $3. He gave it to him not knowing because he is young and came back out. I asked about his change and he said he didn't get any and what the guy said. I went back in and told him he never got his change and he had the "**** I got caught" look and gave him some change right out of the register without even looking. Then we went outside and he looked and the guy gave him $.30. At this point I'm over it because the guy is a f****** l**** stealing change from kids. Do not go in here. This guy should be fired but I know the place won't do s****

Great selection of food and my fave is the local brewed coffee. Super convenient for fueling up by my house. It's a friendly place where I feel welcome and comfortable. Pretty consistent across all the Aloha Gas stations I've been to.

Aloha gas Island Mart if you don't have time to go to Costco the next cheapest gas would be any Aloha gas station . If your a Foodland Maikai member just show the cashier your app and by paying cash only they will give you a 5cents discount. Nowadays every little helps because if the War in Ukraine keep going on our gas prices are going to keep going higher . So probably by this summer I predict it could by almost at $10 a gallon wow! Time to carpool or catch the bus lol
