A great experience! The sales and finance team did a great job at working with us on our recent purchase and trade in. Their follow up on pending service was on point especially since itâs the holidays and most places are super busy. Thanks to Christian, Joshua and Stephen for making it a great experience.

Beware of Aloha Auto Depot
We bought a Mazda from Aloha Auto Depot, and it was an absolute disaster. The dealer assured us the car only had cosmetic issues, but a day after buying it, the check engine light came on. Shortly after, the car stopped working altogether. We had to take it to a shop and ended up paying nearly what we originally paid for the car just to get it running.
Yes, we shouldâve been more cautious and not gone through such a sketchy dealership, but let this be a warning to othersâdonât make the same mistake. Iâve had way better luck buying cars through Facebook Marketplace.
To make matters worse, they promised to take care of the safety inspection, but when we finally received the registration in the mail, the safety inspection wasnât included. Their response? âWe donât know.â Yikes.
Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Highly do not recommend this place. I bought a used car from them and 3 months later had to spend 2k in repairs. After 6 months of having the car I tried to sell it back to them since I was leaving the island and they wanted to take 9k less then what I bought it for!!!! Ridiculous, stay away

Avoid Aloha Auto Depot at all costs unless you want to purchase a broken car that needs thousands of dollars in repairs soon after you drive it off the lot.

Made a deal, shook my hand, took my down-payment, finance manager Ryan wouldn't live up to the purchase price that Steven agreed to the previous day, and treated me like I was lying about it.
Ryan lost two sales for Gio today, mine and my friend's who test drove another car.
Yesterday I spent 3 hours at this dealership for a vehicle I specifically went to look at. We made a deal on a purchase price but I wasn't happy with the interest rate and said I wanted to shop around for another loan. Steven calculated the total interest paid difference from the rate they offered and what I was looking for and offered to discount the purchase price that amount, which I accepted. That agreed upon price was apparently not updated in their system but they took my deposit towards it.
The next day, Ryan still had the older price, acted like I was lying when I said we'd agreed to something lower, and said they weren't willing to go as low as what we shook hands on the day before. Okay, I'll take a refund then. Without saying a word Ryan got up and walked out of the room. He later said that he'd said he was going to get the credit card terminal for the refund (again, he said nothing). That terminal was 20 feet from his office but he was outside coming in from the back alley 10 minutes later when I had to ask how long the refund would take.
Giving two stars because the rest of the staff seemed cool but do better Aloha. Really disappointed in being treated like that.
