This was our first time using Alamo. I paid a little more compared to other options (TURO and local rental companies). I was impressed with how easy it was to do the entire process online, without having to go to the service desk and wait for a traditional bureaucratic process.
When I arrived at the location, there was someone waiting with my reservation, and I was able to choose between 5 available cars (in the same category). The car was clean and 100% new! That was worth the difference I paid, since the other options were vehicles between 4 and 10 years old.
Dropping off the vehicle is also easy and convenient, but we had a problem with the reservation, caused by an error in Alamo's system, but the manager tried to fix everything, and for the inconvenience, he offered us a special 50% discount on the total 6-day rate. This definitely exceeded my expectations for customer service. On my next trip, even if it costs a little more, I will definitely use Alamo.

The entire process was seamless. I was very pleased with the online checkin and pickup experience. No need to wait in line and I was able to walk to my rental car right off the plane. Thank you for making this experience a pleasant one!

The process to pick up your car is horrendous. You stand in line for an hour or more. To pi k ip your car even if you're a member. There are better ways, Alamo just closes not to incorporate them. The car was great and the return process was excellent. When you return the car the staff went out of their way to accommodate you and to wish you well as they inspected the car and checked you in.

The rental agent was great and we got the car quickly and painless but the car itself had scratches and pieces falling off of it

EXTREMELY slow and inefficient service. The line is literally 30-40 people long and they only have 3 people working the counters. Very poorly managed.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. The side view mirrors had a lot of water spots and was hard to see out of. Other than that everything was great

Quick service, super nice attendants! But I reserved an SUV about a month in advance and got there to find a minivan. I was told I could wait for an SUV, but…isn’t that the point of a reservation? All that said, the minivan I got had all the great bells and whistles.

Check-in/checkout was easy and quick. Car needed new wipers, but otherwise everything was great.
