I recently had my passenger car door repaired at this autobody shop, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They completed the repair quickly and even took the extra step to detail my car. The level of service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be returning for any future needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and thorough autobody work.

Excellent customer service!!! Talk about people who go above and beyond for the comfort and convenience of their customers, everything was step by step easy. Highly recommend going here!Although the repairs took longer than estimated (not the shops fault but the wait time for parts), the shop kept me informed each step of the way and was highly responsive. They were very thorough in assessing the damages to my car, and made sure to repair everything like brand new. My car’s passenger side was t-boned when the other party ran a red light. I had to have both passenger doors, a wheel, and inside panels replaced, as well as alignment work done. I’m so impressed with how my car turned out. The photo is my car repaired upon pickup. It looks like nothing ever happened.Additionally, when I ran out of my allotted rental time with my car insurance, the shop covered my rental expenses for the next three weeks! They even secured a rental for me on a Sunday when I returned from an out-of-country trip to make sure I had a car to get to work the next day. This made an incredibly stressful experience more bearable.If you can be patient with the challenges of getting a car repaired on island, this is the shop to go to. Excellent communication, masterful work, and great service. I felt taken care of from start to finish.

Leaving Yelp reviews isn't really my thing however after the experiences I've had with Joe and and crew at Advanced Collision Center, I felt the need to break the silence. I've had my car fixed here twice and both times were absolutely amazing experiences. Everyone there is always so helpful, the communication from the shop was on point and they were so accommodating. Thank you so much to the entire crew at Advanced Collision Center!

I never write reviews, but was so appreciative of my experience with Joe and team! I'm very attached to my car and had a significant rear end hit (a foot by a foot in size). Advanced was on the recommended list for my insurance, and it was super easy to schedule an appointment. This was my first car accident, so didn't know what actors were meant to come into play when in the process, so just asked a lot of questions of everyone and both Joe and my insurance were super patient answering them. Based on the hit, a new bumper needed to be ordered, and my original rental needed to be extended, and the Advanced team worked with the rental company and with my insurance to arrange this, and just called me to let me know I should hang onto my rental car for a couple more days. When I got my car, the repair and detailing were beautiful! 10/10 to these guys for doing a great job and really great customer service.

My Honda Fit was hit twice in 3 months requiring replacement of the front bumper cover the first time and rear bumper cover the second time. Advance Collision's work not only beat the insurance estimate but the fit and alignment of the panels were excellent. Not sure if they do it as a normal thing but they also detailed my car after which made me fall in love with it once again. I was very grateful for having met and actually talk to the young man that did the repair. He was there to check in my car as well as turn the finished car back over to me. Talk about having pride in one's work! Here is the rest of the story... the front was done by the number #1 (quantity wise - appointments for estimates take 1 week and repairs 1 month out! ?) repair shop on the Insurance Company' list of approved shops as well as Honda Dealer recommended. Unfortunately, the fit of the replacement bumper wasn't very good due to either the aftermarket part per the shop explanation or lack of attention to detail In my opinion. The shop said I was the 1 out of 10 that are never satisfied and by the way... the car has been in an accident. The second shop on the Insurance Company's list refused to take the car because of my issue with the first shop. I dropped by Advanced without an appointment, they took my Insurance estimate and scheduled me the following week for the repair.

10 out of 10. I got into a nasty collision and Geico referred me to this location. So glad they did! My car was repaired as quickly as island repairs can happen. They maintained constant communication with me thru the process whether it was waiting on parts or waiting for paint. Once it was all said and done my car came back looking as good as the day I bought it. Not only that but they went above and beyond to clean the inside of it. The workers are great people and very friendly. They let me drive my car after the major repairs because the only part left to fix was the horn. They then called to let me know the horn came in and I popped in for 45 min while they installed it. Overall, very great experience. Would recommend to anyone that needs body repairs.

My car was rear ended, fortunately the other driver had GEICO, and Advanced Collision was on the preferred list. Joe from Advanced Collision worked will GEICO to get all additional approvals for any work that wasn't on GEICO's initial estimate. They ordered the parts which took awhile to arrive, but he kept me informed and finished the work promptly. I would highly recommend Advanced Collision and GEICO.

Went to shop and the person told me I came on the wrong day, after I ask him to check because I confirm it with the shop days before my arrival, plus I had an email from the shop to confirm my dates, after checking, he told me I can leave my car. No apologies but I'm sure customer service was a priority for him. Had to wait outside the shop due to COVID but wish they offer you a chair or something to sit on especially if you have to wait for your rental car if you need one, which I had to do for 40 mins. I guess they don't do social distancing or clean or want to clean the waiting area/room. They repair the scratch I had on my car and I got it back the day they said I would. In my opinion, if you need a simple repair they might work for you. If you need a business with good customer service during these times I would look elsewhere.

There were fast in repairing my car. The guy who bought out my car (didn't get his name) My car was dirty when I dropped it off. It looks like he washed my car and i asked him if he washed my car. He said he wiped it down.. Now thats great customer service....Thank you Advanced Collision Center for going the extra mile ..... I highly recommend them☆☆☆☆☆
