While the stores often have the same stuff and are well Merched…the big difference is the service and staff attitudes. Most are very friendly and efficient however store 37 was terrible.Cashed in over $1000 in receipts. Told to wait for another person to help. That person then went on to serve someone else. Eventually we could select gifts. The shirts we picked werent eligible yet the brochure suggested otherwise. Same then for the towels even though the lady said they were.Only $4 diff for the shirts but we couldnt even pay the cash difference.We then bought food and the same lazy lady threw away our receipt.Avoid this store unless you want to be mislead and poorly treated. Didnt hear a single aloha in the 30 mins we waited.

ABC stores single-handedly make it overly hard to purchase a HOLO card day pass. 98% of them don’t sell the cards, nor will they tell you where you can get them. The policy of only taking cash for the day pass is the most Stone Age policy I’ve ever seen. It’s probably easier to survive in the Stone Age than to buy one.

I used it because it was close to where I was staying.
It has a wide selection of products and is positioned like a Japanese convenience store, but it is larger than that.

You can find ABC store on almost every block in Waikīkī and they carry just about everything you will need while on vacation including gifts to take home

This ABC store in Waikiki #37 is the WORST customer service. Workers service with grumpy attitude! YOU all should be thanks God that you're still got a job working there??

I'm a huge fan of the ABC store chain. Whenever I'm in Hawaii, I always make it a point to stop at ABC. This particular location is one of my faves because it's conveniently located inside of International Marketplace. They've got everything that you need in this little store. Did you forget your toiletries? They've got that. Need some souvenirs to take back home with you? They've got it. How about some snacks or grab and go food?! Yep, they've got that too. I needed to purchase some sunscreen and a few boxes of those lovable chocolate covered macadamias for friends back home. Found both of those items and of course stocked up on some other things too.They've got the best and most creative souvenirs here! If you're not prepared for the beach, they've also got tons of flip flops, beach towels, and bathing suits. They've also got a pretty decent wine and alcohol section in here too. I love that they validate parking tickets if you're parked in the International Marketplace garage. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.If you're in need of souvenirs, toiletries, or other essential items, this ABC store has got everyone that you need.

I think i have gone to almost all ABC in the Waikiki strips. They almost got everything you need for the time being from candy to lunches or dinner food to shirts and sun block you name it. People are nice and always greeting you with a smile.

Good service from this convenience store chain in Waikiki catering to tourist in the area! Carried most of the items the make visiting Honolulu comfortable and convenient! Great location in the middle of Kalākaua Ave.
