There are always some fresh and interesting and eyebrow raising people coming and going from this 7-Eleven Hawaii location. ADA parking available. ATM inside. they take EBT. The pizza has to be paid by cash FYI AC is always on :)

Just happened this morning January 29,2023. My daughter and I stopped by to buy some sushi roll, musubi, bottled water, and juicy fruit gum. When I was paying, the worker said $21+, and I was a little skeptical by how high the total was, so I said, "Oh $21?" I was counting the price of the items in my head, and the worker repeatedly said "Yes it is $21" "This is $3" and so on. The total I had in my head was a little lower than the total that came out, so when I told her, she immediately says "I can give you the receipt!" When I haven't even paid yet. I was willing to pay anyway, but before I inserted my card, she found out that she made a mistake by overcharging me, so the new total was $19.90 (keep note that she didn't apologize for overcharging). I wanted to confirm the total again by asking, but she suddenly raised her voice and said "Oh my god I already fixed the problem, why are you still asking??" I was trying my best to stay calm up until this moment, so I was trying to calm her down by saying "Can you not have that kind of tone with a customer? I'm trying my best to reason with you" I was hoping that she would apologize at this point, but she insisted on arguing and telling me that I'm rude and a "high nose". I wanted to let her know that her customer service was not good, and she proceeds to say "I have bad customer service? Ask around and you'll see that I don't" I obviously don't have to ask when she is treating me like this. She also goes up to me and puts her name tag in my face when I asked for her name, which was really unnecessary especially when I asked in a calm tone.I really tried my best to be calm and understand that she made a mistake, but I genuinely don't get why she had to raise her voice at me. Maybe she was having a bad day?? It still doesn't excuse her for the things she said to me. This happened in 7-eleven Dillingham Honolulu Hawaii by the worker's name "Lizel"

This place has the worst employees HORRIBLE customer service even though I was the only person in the place. At 4:51am on Saturday morning 11/19.REALLY grumpy and REALLY unwelcoming staff. BothOf them-fire both. How am I an inconvenience when there's no one in the store. So unwelcoming I don't even wanna come here lol.

One of the women working there to nite was no nice at all. She has a attitude for no reason, following me in all the steps I was doing while I was making my slurpee and clean the machine complaining while I was not even done with it, pressure and madness plus walk on my back all the way to pay. That's not the way to act with consumers..

I low scored this store based on my multitude of stops here. Not just solely this visit. If I were eating in this visit I'd give it's 4 star rating based on the knowledge of the staff regarding candy specials price as well as chip price specials that have been displayed for a few days now. The employees could have found out early on! So the store MAY Or May not have what you need or might be craving for or hoping for. I'm really not so sure as to why the standards of this store are a bit too low. Maybe I'll get hit up by a regional mngr that does know:) I'm really NOT seeking anything free!

Old lady casher work tonight, she look angry and she can't read my ID and cash money too, that's waste my time take long waiting, because I have to hurry up go meet my family owner business food place near by your store. When I come visit to my family if I need buy something come this place if she is here or any who not well workers I won't come in.

This is the worst 7 11,old people works here and some can't even speak english,manager cannot even do a money order refund that wasn't cashed out yet..rude..!!Told us bring her the receipt for the money order so we did, but again she said cannot refund it.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR MONEY ORDERS!!

This place is absolutely gross. It literally smells like a whole bunch of homeless people have taken up residence inside the store. It smelled very bad. I would avoid this 7-Eleven like the plague
