Customer service 10/10 Value for money 9/10 Quality of experience 10/10 For the record I did not buy anything here. But based on what I saw, the sale was real and in effect. The items are a fine collection of local design but globally sourced materials. The shop is not only for tourist but also for local seeking beauty. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I was able to find a good fishhook with light curly koa following their direction on my last day at Big Island. Mahalo. If you are a girl into stone jewelry, I recommend you to check this place out. This no tourist trap.

Pat captures a lot of local flavor and creativity in some unique designs and lots of tasteful Hawaiian inspired jewelry. Prices are reasonable for pieces well beyond your typical "Hawaii" jewelry shop in form, fit and function and design. Primarily silver with many gemstones. You see her stuff in many shops, but make the short drive to "get it at the source" in quaint Holualoa, in the historical hotel.

This review is long overdue. My husband and I visit the beautiful Hawaii in March 2018. We stayed at the Holualoa Inn. It has always been a dream for my husband and I to visit the island. We made it a reality for our 30th wedding anniversary.I'm glad we did because we were able to visit Pat Pearlman Design shop. She has so many beautiful jewelry! I was able to purchase a beautiful handmade pearl bracelet that I cherish so much!I wore it everyday while in Hawaii. The person I met in Hawaii asked about it. I told her. She was able to purchase the exact pearl bracelet! Now that I'm back in the US I need to know how can I purchased additional jewelry.Sincerely,Pam

Focus here at this gallery is jewelry, jewelry and more jewelry. There are a couple stone sculptures that were captivating.

I absolutely adore this shop! I randomly stopped by with my husband and two children (ages 3 and 3 months) while vacationing on the big island. My 3 year old wanted to stop in! The owner and salesperson were so friendly and accommodating. I'll be the first to admit that I'm a thirty shopper and headed toward the 50% box, and I found a gorgeous pendant for my mother in law and starfish ring for my stepmom - perfect Mother's Day gifts! The salesperson had my daughter "help" wrap up the gifts. I was so pleasantly surprised to find such a family friendly place where I could find extremely reasonably priced items. If I ever return to the area I'm sure I'll be back!!

Absolutely wonderful shop with beautiful jewelry designed by Pat! Her designs, created with the "lost wax" process are exquisite momentos of the island, and some are representative of the Alaska area where she formerly resided. I purchased one of her "otter" bracelets and matching ring in silver. The otter is floating on it's back holding a fresh water pearl in it's paws. The otter reminds me of the Northern California coast, which we visit often. Pat will shorten or lengthen a chain, change an earring to a different post or wire, add a stone, make a one of a kind charm bracelet for you, as just examples of her personal service to please. If you have the opportunity to go to Kona, please make it a priority to look up "Pat Pearlman's lovely little pink shop in the Holualoa Viilage on the Big Island and tell her "Carole sent me!"

Set in the charming village of Holualoa, this small jewelry shop is a great place to find unique pieces at a reasonable cost. Pat Pearlman creates most of the jewelry in the shop but also has some lovely pieces she has purchased from various jewelry makers. She provides wonderful customer service. She happily discuss all her pieces and will pack and ship. The shop is located with the bright pink Kona Hotel so it is easy to find. The shop is within walking distance of the other galleries and shops as well the Holuakoa cafe and Gardens. Brunch and shopping makes for a great adventure.
