“I first went in for a tire and rim quote and the manager was so good at what he did he went so far above and beyond. I ended up not buying anything from anyone but remembered the service. I went in today for a transmission service. They by far beat the dealer price with the same service. They got me in on time and let me wait, try that at the dealer. I want to thank Tiana, and Sky, they were very professional and gave excellent service. I will definitely be going back for my service on my cars.”

“READ THIS!! OK I brought my car into the Honda dealership for an oil change and to check a slowly leaking tire. Honda Dealership completely assured me the tire was unrepairable and said a new tire with mount would cost about $300.

I called K&J for an estimate for a brand new tire at $170 mounted. I thought well that’s much cheaper.

I casually mentioned to them that the dealership said it was unrepairable and should I at least have them look at it to make sure? Well guess what….it was repairable and they fixed it $30 total.

Now they could’ve sold me the tire without saying anything, but they did not. This is the kind of local service in Hilo you can’t get from a corporate entity like Honda dealerships.

I’m 99.9% sure this is the cheapest and most affordable place in town aside from the fact that they’re really just honest humans in the circumstance.”
