This is a negative star. This place don’t deserve any. Horrible customer service. They try to up sale you other shop will change your brake pads especially if you just change rotor and caliper. This place said oh we don’t change just pads we change everything WHAT. Not honest place keep away.

It can be difficult to get in as they are very busy but they are busy for a reason. They do a great job. I definitely trust them to do the job right. It’s best to call and make an appointment ahead of time.

Had some new tires put on my car and walked over from k/j tires to ask if I could get my car aligned and Bunnie was so nice and gave me an appointment for the same day:) Super 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Great customer service

These guys are so good they have a huge demand, but are well worth the wait. Don't pay attention to reviews that complain about how much time it takes for calls to get returned. If you are impatient, go get the bad service and price gouging at Firestone or Lex Brodies.

I can neither give them a good or bad review. Except on response to messages. I was having issues with my brakes. I called them and no answer, went into voicemail. I left a message saying I needed brake service asap, and did they have any availability? I never received a timely response. After waiting for several hours without receiving a return call, I started calling around for someone else to help. When someone says they need brake service asap, they don't mean next month, or even next week. This week if possible. Tomorrow is preferred. So, a return call is required within hours so I can look elsewhere if you don't have any openings.

Have tried to use this place three times. They have been nothing but rude even when we showed up at 9am to see if there was any way they could get us in. Snappy, irritated, told us not to waste our time getting alignment done without even seeing our car. So ridiculous.

Great service and honest. Lex Brodie’s told me I needed an alignment and said it was super off. That’s it. Went to Wheel Alignment Hawaii and explained what they told me. Bunnie was really nice and checked the alignment for me. She actually took the time to explain the numbers and showed me my wheels. Turns out my alignment was only off slightly but all the numbers were in the green. Will definitely return again for service when needed.

Customer service poor. The lady had a hard time with herself due to my smooth beautiful chocolate caramilized complextion. The client before me was rescheduling their appointment for the same service as I. She offered the client an appointment for a couple hours later on that day . Client declined because they wouldn't be able to come back same day. So, they reschedule for next day.As I waited, I thought okay. I could do couple hours later? The lady mood changed once it was just her and I. She try so hard to not ignore me, she didn't want to serve me. I kinda got that and was uncomfortable too. She finally was over herself and asked me what sevice was I in need of. She quickly responded appointments are booked for next 3 weeks. Not realizing the client before me was offered same day appointment for later on that day. He was requesting same service as I which he declined. I didn't argue or asked about the appointment for later on that day. We both understood I wasn't welcome due to the color of my skin. I thanked her for her time and left. Again, I took my money to Firestone where I was welcome and got great service. I'm not bitter at the lady. I feel sorry for her that she has issues to deal within herself.

They did my alignment and camber Kit for a cheaper price than Lex Brodie's. They're really nice and very helpful. Highly recommend!
