“Nani mau staff and venue was phenomenal to say the least! The staff including Kama, Eden, owner Cindy, and chef summer were all so amazing and accommodating. I decided to book my dad a last minute 60th birthday party, after my first venue fell through, I contacted Nani Mau and spoke with Eden, she gave me all the details and was able to assist me with securing a venue for my event. Through out the months I was able to communicate via email with Kama, who was very punctual with always returning my emails with every detail I needed and answers to my 101 questions. The day of the party Cindy would come and check on our group, along with Eden. We were very pleased that Cindy offered my father a custom red wine from their vineyard for his birthday. My guest loved the venue, and loved the food, and summer did an amazing job and our custom ulua cake. This venue will always be my go to if l ever need to book something again! Thank you so much Nani Mau and staff, you all deserve a round of applause!”

“Rooms are fairly nice, beds are a little small, but a good location by the water and the Japanese garden along with short drive to get to downtown Hilo. Breakfast is okay, they do have occasionally some delicious baked goods, but if you like oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar, then you're good.”

“We went to the Fun Factory for the evening to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and even though we didn’t stay for very long, the experience was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make her feel special from the moment we walked in. They were so accommodating, friendly, and genuinely excited to help us celebrate. Even in the short time we were there, my daughter felt like her birthday was truly celebrated, and that meant the world to us.
