These guys are awesome every time I go in. Got a few mods from them a while back and the top came off of one. Even though the warranty is super expired by now they helped me fix it no charge!!! They're so friendly and aren't just out for your money there it's awesome

I have bought the Evo Boost, along with a glass piece accessory and was helped out by very helpful/insightful employees. The customer service is A1, I also went in to buy a replacement atomizer and they were sold out so they guy pulled it off one of the other Evo’s and sold me as is. Great store and great service.

Kevin has an outstanding shop the best on the big island. His employees are knowledgeable, cheerful and courteous. He honors our Nations Veterans with a great discount. I’ve been going to the Vaper Bar for years for my mods, atomizers, liquid and 420 tools. The selec only improves. A friend to the Hilo community. Great job guys

Everytime I go into the store they are so welcoming and friendly.I've been to the other smoke shops and they're preoccupied talking story with the other customers to acknowledge patrons coming in.

Firstvl time I shopped here, more than over a year ago, I had no clue about the difference in their products. The lady behind the counter was so very well informed, she explained how each product worked, as well as reminding me of the health risks, she was just really knowledgeable. I asked her how she learned so much about these vapes, she told me that the owner as well as the employees should be very well informed on items they sell, one reason being so when customers ask a question, they will be able to answer to the best of their knowledge. Friendly, trustworthy people.

Been coming to this shop for several years and the quality of service and selection has only gotten better. Staff treats you like family and I've never had a problem returning product that has given me problems. Couldn't reccomend a better place to shop or just hang out and talk story.
