We moved from California to Hawaii using POD. Our stuff arrived. However, I was having a very difficult time working with POD to get a pickup date. Thankfully, I had contacted Robert who I hired to help me move my belongings from the POD to storage. Robert was able to get the POD released. He and his team then did an excellent job moving things. I highly recommend them.

We had two pods shipped from the mainland packed to the gills! These guys deal with that all the time but think they were surprised just how much we fit in there lol. They were responsive and courteous and nothing broke or was mishandled. They were upbeat and very helpful! We are grateful to have all our belongings in our new home.

Highly Recommend!! We used Town & Country for our office move a few years ago and they were absolutely awesome! So of course when we wanted to be "Out with the old & in with the new", we knew who to call. We wanted them to come and remove all our old office furniture in preparation for our new office furniture. Robert and his guys were AMAZING! From the moment we called them to the moment our office was cleared and ready for new furniture was lightning speed! They were very professional, friendly, and affordable! Would definitely call them for all our moving needs.

My wife and I needed to ship from Hilo, HI to Southern California seven of those 27-gallon storage tubs you can buy at Home Depot. We filled them with various items and each tub weighed about 30 pounds. After sealing the lids with zip-ties, we brought them to Robert. He could not have been more helpful and friendly. He ran the numbers to see what would be the most economical ship method for us, comparing FedEx, ocean going vessels, having the items delivered to our home, or having us pick up the tubs at a port or distribution center. He wrapped each tub in that clear cling wrap (or whatever it's called) usually used when sending items on a pallet. A few days later, all 7 tubs arrived in perfect condition at our front door. Robert called me to make sure everything arrived in good shape. Excellent service! I also spoke to Lisa and gave her my credit card to pay the shipping costs. She was full of the aloha spirit and was very friendly to speak with. The entire shipping experience was top-notch and I definitely recommend using Town & Country Moving & Storage. Robert and Lisa are both great and will take care of you with true customer service.

Robert and his crew are amazing! We’ve used them several times to move heavy, difficult, sensitive items and have been impressed each time. We’ve also used them to move my aunt from the mainland and we were all happy with how they handled everything. Their storage facility is dry, clean, and secure. The crew is skilled and professional and we’ve been happy with their communication. Will continue to use them!

Robert DeCastro runs his operation with knowledge and experience, and has been in the moving business since 1986!
When we want something moved near Hilo, Hawaii, T&C is the only call we make.
No, I'm not part of the business, but I have a lot of respect for Robert and his skilled team. They are truly top-knotch!!

The guys did a great job! Met us at the port early, unloaded from our pod to their trucks super quickly, got to our house promptly, and had our items in the house just as fast. Even as fast as they were, they were very careful not to damage any of our items and furniture. They were also just generally very nice guys! Absolutely would recommend, and we will use their services if we need them in the future.
