Since it was sold the new owners really don't care as to improving their service. The "drive through " was a great way to shop after the arrival of the Pandemic, then was sold, and now they are constantly waiting for usual in "popular demand" items to arrive, the food menu is more expensive than most places, and they charge more for people that comparison shop, and I read several other criticisms about the staff behind the counter on the inside. Didn't come across as a promotion for this establishment.

Couldn’t get my card to work at the pump so I went inside and was told by a worker that they disabled the pump to accept cards for fraud. First, they should have the screen say that or put a sign on the pump instead of me going through the whole motion at the pump, all the way to punching in my pin, only to then get the “see cashier” message.Inside, I said I wanted to get gas and the clerk said he had to take my card to the back to run it. WHAT?‽ even though there’s a reader on the counter actually attached to the register and where I can keep ahold of my card…? I said “No way I’m giving you my card to go somewhere I can’t see you”. Everything about it seemed like a scam or some card/identity theft operation. I put down cash to get gas, but I will never go back to this location. They need to get their act together and if anything, don’t take people’s cards out of their sight.

Damn cashier overcharged my card $5.00. Now I have to dispute it with my bank. Thanks a lot to that idiot cashier .

This gas station is irresponsible. KNOWINGLY they have a broken air tire pump which sucks out air not in and we went from having just low tire pressure to a full flat! When we went inside to tell them the issue the gas clerk told us “yes that air pump is broken it takes out air instead of adding there should be a sign.” We asked to speak with the manager and then she had the tenacity to blatantly lie that they did not know of this issue when clearly she and her employees did! This is not a ethical place of business. If the sign flew off or was removed and they admitted the error or tried to help the situation it would not be as bad but they lied and denied! She should wrap the air pump to prevent further mishaps from happening with other people.

Extremely convenience gas station along Kamehameha Ave. Self-service and can be busy at times. It's a pretty clean gas station too. Haven't any chance to encounter any staff so I can't say too much about their customer service. Gas price is too high so we only come here for emergency. And the hotel where we stayed is just a couple minutes ride to here so it's pretty convenient for us too.
