0/5: they're sheisty and dishonest, and will upcharge you and sneak charges onto your account with no warning or notice. With the most abysmal customer service I've ever dealt with.
Tried to cancel my account when I moved out of my last place, instead of cancelling, they put my account on hold to be automatically restarted in 6-12 months. After it restarted without my knowledge, they charged me for three months. When I noticed and called, they finally cancelled the account, and told me they would refund me for those three months. Only two got refunded, and they never told me the other month was denied, then they sent me to collections.
Now, I've called them to finish my refund on a service that I didn't have and never used for almost two years, they are still trying to charge me.

Switched my cell phone service over to Spectrum a couple of years ago, due to better network coverage and affordable options. The worker that assisted with transferring the service/phones worked with us until closing. She was very patient and explained each step throughout the process. I've never had to wait in a long line in the late afternoon. No major issues with any devices purchased through the store. When one of our phones didn't work properly, they immediately processed a replacement.

Very appreciative of the customer service at this store. Staff went above and beyond to ensure I got the same internet deal I had seen online, despite it being complicated to do for an in-person transaction. I am also very happy with my internet service thus far and appreciate that Spectrum notifies customers of outages.

If I could give them 0 stars I definitely would. I need to cancel services bcuz like so many others have mentioned, the prices keep increasing. Only option online is to add service but cannot remove services - that can only be done by phone or in person. Cannot cancel service after the invoice was created bcuz they don't prorate. So here I am going on my 3rd month bcuz I have other important stuff on my plate than having to call and get rude customer service to cancel a service. This company just makes it hard for their customers to want to stay with them. I've already found another option to go with. I can't put up with them anymore

Not going to say anything but my bills keep going up for the same service with a lot more commercials than I have ever seen in my lifetime. I'm disabled and on a fixed income, but they decided to charge me 15% more for service that I am already struggling to pay a month. I think that this company is overcharging me and many others that struggle to pay financially! I guess I decided on being able to eat, or watching my favorite programs is a no brainer. I hope the employees of spectrum feel happy about overcharging their elders to compensate for their over paid wages, for under served customers! What ever happened to taking care of your elderly ?

Worst customer service and tech experience. Over billed, talked to soooo many representatives who transferred me to another person who asked to reiterate the problem, then another transfer with the same results. This went on for months and months and I terminated spectrum, returned the equipment, but they kept billing me and sent the account to collections. I will NEVER recommend spectrum!

Made payment, got an email receipt and still got sent to collection. Called about the payment and they don’t have any record of it. Tried signing up for the mobile deal and still getting charged full price. If there’s a problem with business and residential accounts, they will just keep transferring you back and forth.

Awful experience. I just wanted to turn in equipment and waited for well over an hour. Two employees and a showroom of people. Very poorly managed store.

Watching multiple employees but no one appears working. Spectrum has been burning up my phone wanting their internet box back. Now I have it I have to wait an extended time to return it. They had no problems calling at all hours making threats of a 500 dollar fee if I don't return it but to see what appears to be organized confusion. Spectrum! Do I really want to do business with these people!

No way to remove services on website Hawaiian Beaches Pahoa area Wifi service gave a free trial tv I went to remove the tv service. I got a rep but she transferred to another department & I was on hold for 44 minutes before hanging up. Again attempted today trying to remove tv service and again today I get an answer they transfer to another department 35 minutes before I hung up! Im afraid they outwaited me successfully outrageous poor customer service snd should be made to put discontinue service on the web site . the website conveniently has no REMOVE SERVICE option. only options are add to increase service. Be ready for a long wait if you need ton change something. I will be looking for another wifi option Shows poor business tactics built on greed
