Shiigi folks are the BEST! Efficient, informative, friendly. Previously went to couple of the 'big pharmacies' (which were none of those things). I am SO glad I switched to Shiigi.

I've been going to Shiigi Drug for many years since it has that great neighborhood Japanese pharmacy feel to it. The pharmacists are amazingly personable and knowledgeable. If you're waiting for a prescription pickup, you can spend a bit of time browsing the cool selection of imported items.

Haven't been here in years. Actually saw some cute things and was thinking of coming back later. But was completely turned off by the rude cashier. We did notice lights shutting off but my son wanted to show me something. It was right before 1pm. All of a sudden the cashier asks,"are you gonna buy something?" We say no, and she throws her hands up in the air and says,"well we're closed." Wow. I work in customer service and I get it. You don't like people coming in right before closing. But you aren't supposed to be straight up rude. You service them until they are done. Not going back here.

Love filling my medication here I have to say it's not just a pharmacy they also the most cutest Japanese products as well I have to say its a very relaxing atmosphere there I highly recommend people to fill there prescriptions at shiigi's much love Mahalo nui loa ??✌???

the best! 5 years ago shigi got my furst walker for. me. i don't deive. my walker gets me around hilo. well i wore it out. another medical suooly gave me a hard time about rhe walker and was charging me for what came standard. my dictir called shigi. they gir me my new walker in days, treated me so much better than rainbow medical and didn't charge extra for brakes or a seat. mahalo shigi. you're the best

Not just a drug store! They have a cute variety of Sanrio products in addition to your standard drugstore supplies. I also liked the selection of different snacks and gifts. Need baby penguin socks? Or maybe you have a hankering for li hing mui mango? They got you covered here. Service was fast and friendly.

Terribly disappointed at Shiigi Drug. Not only did they not accept my daughters insurance, but I tried to look around and they wouldn't even move a box to let my wheel chair through. They have poor parking, ask if you need help and then did nothing. I'm very upset because I called yesterday first to see if they were wheel chair accessible and if they took our insurance and was told yes! Waste of time!
