The people and the quality of care with which they treat my whole family is amazing. We immediately feel like part of the community when our puppy goes in for his deluxe spa treatment and hair cut. He feels luxurious after each visit. We’re extremely loyal to Shear Magic because our puppy knows that this is his extended family that he can trust ??????

I have come to love this place for my precious fur babies. My husband and I travel a lot on business and pleasure and we always take them to this kennel for boarding and grooming. Mele is a kind, patient and helpful manager. Hailey and all the other staff and groomers are also very nice. Maricel, mom to Georgie Kaui and Honey Kai.

Great work with my dog Cinderella. Holding pets for longer than 3 hrs seemed too long. She has sensiti e skin, and they helped her with good care.

...staff was on time, accomodating for nail trim services on two pets, cat and dog -- very personable and made it happen!!! especially with a challenging, super sacred, muscular strong mix terrier having had a vaccination with the Petco Hilo pet clinic folks just 3 days earlier!? ?⬛ ?? We're happy campers now! Much appreciation.
