Once you understand there is a process and that’s just the way it is you can see how things went as smooth as they could. I had an insurance claim. Staff coordinated with both my insurance company and the car rental. I had an 11 year old Dodge truck and it took roughly 3 weeks to obtain parts. Estimated repair time was 11 days. I received the car back with very professional results in 8 days. Fantastic experience.

The staff and guys who fix your car or truck is unreal ,my 2023 toyota truck got hit and I was sick took it to sanborn and they are unreal ,keep me in the loop and let Me know what was going on it was a fast turn around and I didn't want to rush it because I wanted it done right and let me tell u it was my line on my truck are flawless and it looks like the day I got my truck u would never know my.truck got hit ,Thanks to all the sanborn crew you the best like I said I hope to never see u folks again but like u said if I need u guys you guys got me and that I love yessah .....

Great experience overall. Was given an estimate within a day. The nice lady making appointments was a pleasure to work with as was Mr. Sanborn, whom looked at my vehicle and gave me the estimate. Service took a little longer to schedule, but that is due to high volume of repairs. Great professional service and work. Highly recommended for auto body work and welding. Will use them again if I need work done.

I would like to thank the whole Sanborn Collision team for doing such a great job on the repair for my car. Having been driving the car for a few weeks now since getting it back I honestly feel like it's better than it was before. The body looks flawless and the Adaptive Cruise Control function works perfectly. The customer service is outstanding. So kind and always a pleasure to speak with every time. I was in a bad hit and run accident that took out my front end. Sanborn took almost 3 months to make initial repairs only to find many things were not done. Took my car back in and they said they fixed everything but still not done. They said they would fix again when my insurance approved additional repairs but 3 months after they got approval they still haven't fixed it. Poor workmanship and professionalism.

Bears Automotive recommended Sanborn to fix some minor collision damage done to my BMW. The shop is great to work with and did a fantastic job.They work well with insurance (State Farm) and rental car (Enterprise). Also, very nice people! Car looks great. Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

The folks at Sanborn -- Corinne, Elton, Jason, and the team did an A1 job replacing two T-boned doors. They knew all the ins and outs of the insurance reimbursement and completed the job ahead of the promised date. Super-friendly family-feel place. With candy. They even vacuumed the interior (which hadn't been done in 10 months). Above and beyond!
