At the Saturday concert organized by the Salvation Army, there was a special band composed of young people, and young singers sang songs. Many small town residents gathered together to sit or stand aside to watch, and a quick mat was spread on the grass. Pads, sitting anywhere, the atmosphere is very good, let us stop and watch when passing through the town.

Very nice people! We donated some furniture and they came and picked it up for us and we're such nice people. I would definitely donate to them again.

Understand they are helping people get through hard times and preventing a lot of stuff from going into the landfill. Amazing! You should try to donate and shop there.

Marci with the emergency rental assistance program is heaven sent! She helped my family and worked so hard on my case, she got us into a house and worked directly with our landlord to cover funds. We are a young couple expecting a baby and we needed this assistance so much. Her help has given me such piece of mind and has given us the opportunity we needed to save and have a safe place to raise our baby. Thank you Marci ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Pretty standard Salvation Army. One room or stuff and one room of clothes. We stopped because my companion had NEVER been in a SA and we were in the area.

It looks the same as it did when I was a kid, not a glamorous looking place, but it has the heart of a servant, feeding the homeless, helping those that need it.

The photo shown is the Salvation Army Lanai. It is where people can go who need a frree meal. The food is not too good but not usually too bad either. My grandmother used to say "you get what you pay for" but she also volunteered at what she called "soup kitchens". She said "you never know when you're going to need a helping hand... So help when you can, that way you don't feel like you are taking food away from others who need it. I think that she had to use them quite a lot at one time. She continued to volunteer for a number of causes up until just before she left this world.

I frequently stop in as a live and work near the area. I am a big fan of thrift stores. Beyond the ethical issues I have with the way the Salvations army actually uses there money, the prices at this location are very high. I have seen multiple items I can purchase new at a nearby store in the "sally store" for the same price or more than a new identical item. This has been occurring for over two years. However is pricing is not doing the community any favors- Be careful what you buy there it could likely be cheaper buying new elswhere
