We bought dining table and chairs from this establishment. They not only didn't deliver, we had to put the dining table and chairs together. Then, not even a month one chair broke and brought it to the store and they said they'd order the legs. Then another chair broke. Both chairs, same defect as the other chair. Now, 4 months later, with phone calls to the store and run arounds about what is happening with what is going on, later, still no legs for the chairs and an employee pretty much saying it's not their problem anymore. When he was told that if we didn't get this situation with the chairs settled we wanted to return the whole dining set and a refund and he said okay. Today, he said that the chair was sent back and tried to lie and pretty much said it's not their problem when we said we wanted to return it and get a refund. Oh and we did get insurance for the dining set.

2nd part of our bedroom furniture we purchased and paid off in full. Since the furniture was damaged their resolution to this matter was to order parts to fix it since we can't utilize the items. Present state it is in we can't use it. Then I see that they are charging us weekly for the parts which are in transit to us. What is going on? The damage to the furniture was not our fault and why are we being charged till the replacement items to come in. This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have the audacity to charge us for something we had no control of. The sold us broken furniture and we are still paying to make this right. Take my advice stay far and clear away from this business.

I was In Dire need for a Television and Bedroom set and the guys at rent-a-center made it fast and efficient for me to get the items I needed. Thanks Craig for everything u helped me out big time in my bedroom shopping experience. Mahalo Nui Loa!!!!!
