Leilani did an outstanding job making sure I had all information needed to make an informed decision about my medical coverage, she even included a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope for me to mail in my application. She sent reminders of our scheduled Zoom meeting, helped me understand my current medical coverages and answered all of my questions about the new program in a way I could easily understand. Leilani is the best! She is very knowledgeable and compassionate and really cares about the Kapuna’s well being. Although I am not of age to get Medicare, I have referred my aunty and clients to her. They all rave about how sweet Leilani is and how caring she is. Even though she could not help some, she is more than willing to give them helpful advice.
