“We brought our senior little dog in on an emergency , she had a broken hind leg . Dr. Mina was the ONLY vet that took her in to check her out , NOT even her usual vet would take her @ HPP she stayed with her leg hanging for a couple of days ! While we called every vet to see if they could help her . He was able to save her leg and because my elderly parents could not handle taking care of her and keeping her stable at home Maka'i Vet kept her in their care for a month - till her leg was mostly healed and cast came off . Their staff was wonderful & even tho' over worked into long after hours they were still friendly ! We really appreciated them all! We need more vet Dr's like Dr. Mina on the Big Island . !”

“Dr Mina is incredibly rabbit savvy! Ashley and all the rest of his staff are also so gentle and know how to handle rabbits. They're also very communicative and professional. I'm so glad I took my bun here for treatment with his tooth problem. He had been struggling for weeks, but this vet managed to save him and he's now eating again and back to himself. I had pretty much given up hope because he was so sick and thin, but now I'm beyond happy to have my friend back, thanks to Dr Mina. I'd recommend anyone with rabbits to come here for great quality care!”

“I always have a great time coming here with my puppy. We bought a new flat collar, harness, 3ft leash, dog cot, and some toys and treats for our Catahoula mix pup. Everyone working there is so friendly and helpful. They also have dogs so they can recommend things from their own experience. Our dog goes crazy for the long Beef sticks by the front counter. They're strong but also easy to break apart by hand which makes it easier for me to split it up into portions which I want my dog to have at the moment. Every treat i have bought there, my dog Loves very much. Great vibe and wonderful people. Looking forward to our next shopping spree there. Aloha”
