We absolutely are in love with our new '22 Pathfinder. This dealership is amazing and they were so patient with me and my family. First of all, Kevin, the salesman was so relatable and made the experience fun. Great since of humor and so personable. The entire team was checking on us and offering us snacks. The Finance Manager, Ashley, was also fabulous. When is came to signing and warranty coverage, she whipped out coloring books and crayons so fast so that I could focus while the kids played. She helped me get an amazing interest rate AND saved me a good chunk on hooking me in with a new insurance policy on both our cars! Ezra, the Driving Specialist was so fun as well! He was so informative, showed me all the bells and whistles. Answered all the questions I had, made my family feel special and gave us double Shakas on our drive out! Felt like family. Mahalo Kamaina Nissan!

Brought in my vehicle to have a dashboard warning light fixed. After a diagnostic and reset of the error code didn't fix it, they recommended an entire component be replaced.Vehicle was subsequently shipped to mainland and reviewed by a different Nissan dealer, who indicated the component which was suggested to be replaced was not malfunctioning and was reinstalled in the vehicle correctly.

If I could give a zero rating I would. We fly back and forth from Oahu to hilo for work so we're not always on island. I called to schedule an appointment to find a new Nissan truck. The sales person I spoke to was Shawn. All we asked was to find us a 4x4 no red color no blue color, 4 door available on the lot. I don't think it was asking too much for him to take a picture or send us the info of the trucks they do have and are ready to be sold. We waited a while and received one picture of one truck! I don't know about you but time is precious and being that we're not on island all the time convenience is key. You have what we want or you don't. We live in Mt.View so no one want to drive to town for nothing when we could have just said no thank you in the beginning. So we call the next day and ask to speak to a new sales person, I asked not to work with Sean any further because to us, if you really wanna sell a car you would go the extra mile which he did not. I was told that all the sales people were in a meeting and they would take my information down and forward it to there sales manager who will find us a new sales person. 6 hours later still no one calls, which is crazy because if your working on commission and someone is begging to buy a car wouldn't you call back asap. So I call back frustrated and ask to speak to the general manager, since not even the sales manager called back or sent someone our way! I was told he's at there other dealership kamaaina motors. I call there and guess what, he's not there, I ask to speak to a sales manager, guess what, no answer. I call back Nissan and what do you know, Joseph the supposed GM is there, but now he's in a meeting! Long story short if your spending thousands of dollars to buy a brand new truck, YOU SHOULD NOT BE THE ONE CHASING!!! Go somewhere else where they want to help you, where there not going to keep giving you the run around, go somewhere where there sales people actually want to sell you something. Go somewhere where the upper management team will actually try to find solutions not the tun around. Shame one you to even call yourselves KAMAAINA NISSAN! So pilau! After this experience I can say I don't think I even want to buy a Nissan anymore! And if we do I think we would just buy it on Oahu and have them send it over.

Avoid their service department at all costs unless you have a warranty. Can't do simple brake work without going back the next day cause it still wasn't right.
