This review will likely not help anyone because the facility taking the sample chooses the pathologists, not the patient. However I am still upset so I am writing it anyway. 11/2 years ago my wife had a colonoscopy. A sample was sent to them. My insurance) TRICARE, cover the entire thing except for a small copayment that I paid to the hospital. I have continued getting bills from this group, wven after repeated calling them, repeatedly calling TRICARE, and repeatedly sending them a letter from TRICARE explaining to them that other than the the co pay that O already paid, I owe nothing further. If they mess with my credit reports, I will sue them. Repeatedly sending bills for something not owed must be criminal. Avoid them!

Been dealing with billing for over a year and a half. They keep miscoding the bill and my insurance keeps kicking it back. My husband has been dead a year and I'm still having to deal with it.

I paid a medical bill in March that I got a collections notice for, however in researching my insurance paperwork they had already paid it. I called the office immediately and was told I would get a refund. I called back in April, and was told they were still working on it. Same this in May. I called again today and was told their accounting department is MONTHS behind, that they have not posted my insurance payment and therefore cannot give my money back. Even though they see both payments, they refuse to return my money. BEWARE of paying this office ANYTHING before checking with your insurance first. Horrible customer service.

terrible customer service, impossible to contact, they make mistakes constantly with billing HMSA so you will receive the whole bill for their services

After your insurance pays them, They will bill you over and over and over. Then send a threatening letter that you havnt paid. When you call, they say it just hadnt posted yet( even though its been 2 years) and to "disreguard" the bill. I have received bills for at least ten things that my insurance already paid. They like to double dip! Old people probably fall for this and just pay!

Watch your invoices carefully. These people have developed a billing scam where they continue to invoice you long after they've been paid. This has happened to me on two different occasions. Invoices continued to arrive for 3 months after payment-in-full, finally threatening me with bill collection proceedings. The newest twist to the scam is reversing the month and day of the line item treatment to make it appear as if they are billing for a new/different procedure. Noticed this after the 2nd scam invoice. The only way to shut them off is to fax copies of your payment details and threaten to turn them in to the BBB, Medical Ethics Bureau and the Dept of Consumer Affairs which I have initiated. Also advised my doctors to never again use PPP for any of my tests.

Normally I would let something like this go but not after what this person did. I came home from a work dinner last night and was taking the cut off when I noticed a car right on my tail. So I slowed down to the speed limit in that cut off more so and more they came up. At the red light I moved the driver continued to be up my a** which now started to upset me so I called my husband in case I needed help. This continued all the way until the car turned at Pan pacific pathology building. I noticed the scion square car with the design on it when it turned. I know you need to get you specimens to the lab in a timely manner but really!! By tailgating people is just wrong. I can't say who the driver was but whoever it was around 8:45pm needs to knock that crap off.

Called today and spoke to Wendy. She made the call very easy and I hung up happy. I have a big balance and more bills to come from Pan Pacific Pathologist because I've been doing so many blood work and so many tests lately. But Wendy made me feel better after hanging up. If you do have questions about your bill call them they'll help you out.
