Sachi was soooo unbelievabley helpful during my small businesses time of need and throughout a very stressful situation she was consistently calm and very responsive and reached out with any new information immediately. The experience with this company was above and beyond what customer service generally looks like and feels like these days! 1 million stars to them, especially Sachi!!!!!!!

Sorry they're not even with a half star. A month ago this service came to look at our extended warranty LG refrigerator Purchased from Lowe's. We were told by the repair guy they would order the part and if it came to us to give them a call. Several calls throughout the ensuing month to Pacific for an update were never returned. We had to buy a new smaller refrigerator to tide us over in the meantime as we waited for something to happen. After a month we contacted Assurance that covered the policy, only to discover they had no record. Hey, you'll never guess. We got a call from Pacific the next day saying the part had been ordered and they would call us when it came in. Then the same day we got an email notice that Assurance had received the claim that same day and approved it immediately. What a joke Pacific is. Someone is not being upfront and it goes right back to Pacific since they are the representatives here contracted with Assurance. Poor business practices, lousy service but a polite repairman. That however does not make up for sheer ineptitude. When choosing a repair service, try any other one before this one first.

The first part of this seem to work very well was willing to help out and get our faucet repaired until our new faucet showed up and we called him to have it put in and he sends a carpenter to do a plumbers job. That's like me sending a bulldozer to repair your house. Very unprofessional and said it would be another few weeks when he got back from vacation to repair this. I said I was pissed off and this was bullshit and then he tells My Husband that since I'm cursing that he would have to charge for the repairs instead of doing them for free as he stated from the beginning. It doesn't matter the charge to me. it matters that the job is done and done, right. Not sending a carpenter who has no clue what he's doing to a plumbers repair. And I as I told him he can shove it up his ass before I hung up on the fool. There's plenty better and more professional services out there than half ass plumbers that send carpenters to do their job just because they're going on vacation very unprofessional. Money talks bullshit walks. Keep walking and enjoy your review and your vacation!!

It was great working with these folks, they were very professional and helped me get a complex job done in my timeframe. I've already called them for a second project.I'd highly recommend giving them a call. Support local small businesses.

Pacific Repair's was amazing! They are super responsive and give fast and reliable service. We tore some walls down, installed some doors and a window, all in less than 48 hours. Also, they charged us a very reasonable price for all the work that was done. Super pleased with the result. Highly recommend

I don't know what others experienced but I experience a great guy who help me in a time of need and was able to fix my water pump in 15 minutes. He is reliable and I now call him with every question I have because I know I am getting the best knowledge.

American Home Shield assigned Pacific Repairs to fix the whirlpool jet tub controller. I had called 4 times and spoke to Art Miller trying to schedule an appointment. After he set the date and time I wanted to provide him with the information to give our security guard for access. However he became extremely agitated for some reason and said "forget it, I'm not doing this job" then hung up. Very unprofessional.

Art knows how to anything well. He's painted rooms in my home and solved every plumbing problem. Very professional and I learn alot from him as well. He also returns calls in a timely fashion.

This was the most ATROCIOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, and LAZY service I have ever experienced.
Called as a new customer requesting emergency service for a broken water pump and no water.
Website states they provide 24/7 service, but the owner was extremely reluctant to help because it was “his day off.” He treated me like I was a HUGE inconvenience and wasting his time.
I sent him some pictures of the broken pump as per his request. Of course, while trying to find the information he needed on the pump, he treated me like I was an idiot.
I told him to take his time as it was New Years Day, and didn’t want to pressure him.
I drove into town and my text messaging was off for only about 30 minutes. Next thing I know, the owner is literally SCREAMING and CURSING at me by text.
Yes, you heard it... cursing at me. What kind of business owner CURSES at his new customers?!
I have never experienced such an unprofessional behavior, lazy attitude, and atrocious service in my life. This guy needs a lesson in professionalism and manners.
I’m actually glad he didn’t actually come and attempt repairs - he probably would have created a huge mess, and tried to overcharge or blame his customers.
What a mess of a business this guy is!
As other reviews have said...do yourself a favor and find another company. Worst service ever!
