This would have been the greatest experience I’ve had in a while but one person by the name of DONOVAN ruined it for me. Long story short, All he had to say was “I’m sorry and let’s hope to connect for future car purchases”but NO! He showed his true colors when he shouted profanity language and then hanging up when I told him I’ll be looking at other options. Very classy of you DONOVAN..
I give 5 stars to Brittany though.. thank you! Keep
Up the great work and the personality is perfect for what you do!

We had a great experience with Brittany. She traveled all the way from Hilo to help us with the purchase of our Ford Ranger. Her, Mike, and Rex helped us at every stage of the process, including helping us to lock in a lower interest rate. We are so thankful for them and will be back for future car purchases.

Super shady. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
They failed to disclose material facts. They did not disclose that the car we bought was previously a commercial rental car.
1,500+ mile discrepancy on our purchase agreement. The car had over 41,000 miles on it and the paperwork states 40,000, increasing the cars value and putting more money in their pocket and falsifying a legal contract.
Car had issues 80 miles into our ownership and we notified them. They won't fix the original safety issue (bad struts) even though our salesman told us he would "make it right".
I'd give zero stars if it was an option.

My first time buying a car and my car salesperson Brittany Cabalce was a huge help with lots of positivity and aloha. It was a smooth process and she made sure we knew everything about the car. Would definitely recommend to all to come here and ask for Brittany!

Been coming to Orchid Isle Ford for years! Their customer service is exceptional. From the moment of first contact, Lynn Rodrigues in the Service department is by far awesome to deal with. She has that "Customer first attitude" , Professional and treats you like Ohana. She definitely goes go above and beyond to keep the customer Happy and that also is what makes me continue to return. We came in with a messed up caliper on the right side of our 2011 Ford Escape. They replaced the caliper then put the brake pad back on BACKWARDS. This ended up wrecking the rotor on that side. Before that, they tried to upsell us on getting almost the entire brake system replaced which would have been $1000 in labor fees plus another $1000 in parts. Every time we asked about the specific issues with the brake system and what exactly we needed to replace, the story changed and they added more "issues" on. Eventually we ended up getting a second opinion, which found that these guys messed up the front rotor by putting the brake pad on backwards, and everything else they had "recommended" us to replace was actually perfectly fine and did not need to be replaced. If you go here, which I don't recommend, be very skeptical.

Not sure how I feel about this. I felt ripped off we caught them in many lies after the deal was done..but then again it's a car dealership.

No shady car dealer vibes here. My manager Kristian seems like a real genuine good guy!! They were very patient with me while I saved up some more money and they held the work van I’ve been needing for a year. They could’ve sold it for more in the meantime, but they kept their word and integrity. I could not recommend this place more five stars in my book !! Super grateful!????

We worked with Chuck Paulino with the pre-order and purchase of our Ford Maverick and were very happy with not only the car, but the service as well. Chuck was very kind, responsive and helpful, even scheduling and taking the car to get the bed liner sprayed on prior to pickup. The paperwork process was easy and straightforward during pickup and I was on the road in no time :)

Be careful when trying to purchase a new vehicle here. They mark up their selling price $4,000 - $5,000 over MSRP. Check the Window Sticker before you buy. You can get the same car $5,000 cheaper from a dealer in Honolulu and ship it over for $400.00. It is not illegal but no Ohana feeling for Big Island residents.
