Just got my car back from MS Auto. Done on time. Done with no hassle. Came back in perfect shape and clean...freshly washed. The people were friendly and professional. Hope I do not need them again, but glad I drove from Kona to Hilo to have them do the work. Well done.

MS auto is the only Allstate body shop. I went into the shop, downloaded the Allstate estimate to the MS email. was told that I would get a call back for an appointment. 30 days went by. called back. was told that I could not get an appointment because the shop was backed up. I asked to be put at the end of the line. I was told that MS did mot know when that was. told to take my car somewhere else.

Don’t work with them if you’re a woman. I called for weeks and they never called back or made any effort to even schedule to have my car fixed. They did nothing for us until my dad called. 2 months before they took it in and 2 months before it was fixed. We only worked with them because of our insurance

Honestly they don't even deserve one star! The worst business I have ever attempted to do business with in all my years!! The only reason why I went to them in the first place was they were so called the preferred shop by my insurance company and why??? It's beyond me!! Wake up liberty Mutual the bad business reflects on you!!! These people just flat out lied to me over and over again! So many empty promises and so many we will get back to you this week but it never happened. I have waited over a year and still nothing!! I give up and I will move on to another place that would like my business. The only thing I can tell you is just STAY AWAY!!

I took my car in for a estimation. It took 45 days for an answer. While waiting for a call about the estimation. I called them 2 times through out the 45 days. They told me they were short appraisers and that they're working on it. Several days past I went into MS to talk to someone, I was escorted outside to talk with the appraiser, he than apologized for the delay and assured me it's being worked on. Well on the 45th day I called the appraiser and he told me this weak excuse. He said his supervisor told him to say that they can't work on my car because they don't have the man power to repair it. I was like it took 45 days for you to tell me that. I was tripping out. I asked if Junior knew and the appraiser changed the subject like he didn't want to say yes or no. I took my car to BODY PROS the following day. Bob at body pros got an estimation to me at the end of the same day. MS has to work on communication and customer service.

Well you wouldn't think a hand size ding in a door would take 4 weeks to fix? Well here we are still waiting to get the truck back! Not recommended at all!!

Brought my car to them in July 2022. Needed a rear passenger panel and tail light. Apparently the shop went under new ownership. It was given to the son. Who cares. Well Let's just say that the original owner was awesome. Leave it at that. I was told within weeks my costs for repairs were being debated and parts would be ordered promptly. Fast forward to February 2023. Was lied to from body shop. Said that ins. Company doesn't pay for ORIGINAL PARTS. Body shop calls insurance company and says we can't do the repair. Body shop tells me the parts are on backorder from Taiwan cause ins won't pay for OG parts. Told the insurance company and asked why I'm waiting a half a year. FINAL ANALYSIS... MS AUTO LIED TO ME AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY. IM ACTUALLY NOT Surprised. Trust in life that everyone will lie to you. Too bad I'm not the owner of MS auto. I'd fire the whole crew for being dishonest. SMFH

Wonderful experience with this company. While it did take a moment to get the parts in for our car, they kept us in the loop at every step. When we went to pick up the car, they took the time to explain the work they did and ensure that we were happy with everything.Even though we live in Kona, if we ever need work done on our car, we’d come here.Services: Body & Trim
