Mayrhona from the AT&T store in Hilo served me extremely well and helped me a lot, even with the settings in my cell phone. After that everything worked perfectly. Thanks again, Mayrhona, for such good service!!!”
“Reliable and Efficient Phone Repair Service
I recently had the pleasure of using the phone repair services at Island cell. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they quickly diagnosed the issue with my phone. They provided a transparent breakdown of the repair process and the cost involved, which I appreciated. The repair itself was completed in a timely manner, and my phone now works perfectly. I highly recommend Island cell for anyone in need of reliable and efficient phone repair services.”
“I had previously been a loyal customer of Island Cellular Repair on Kino'ole Street in Hilo ANDthey DID NOT assist me today. On the other hand the Cricket Retail Store specifically Kefneth and Lee went WAY ABOVE the call of duty and helped me with a completely dead Android phone. They should receive 10 stars because if your phone dies it's like your Right Arm is cut off.,. Thank you Gentlemen... You have made not only my day ... But my WHOLE WEEK..... most HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!I DID return and did NOT see Kefneth BUT I did see Lee. This time all I had to do was put in the number I got from Monica... Who was IMPOSSIBLE to understand and obviously was in Manilla or somewhere in the Philippines because Cricket had me on Auto Pay using one of my Credit Cards. Kind of Defeats the purpose of saving $5.00 doesn't it when you add on the interest charged....She then apologized for being hard to understand and sent me a text regarding what I had to do to get on the government program as I was mostly, during my working career, am "Independent Contractor" which means I didn't sit around eating Chocolate Bon Bons and watchingTV, it meant I paid a LOT of money in excise tax and what is called an Independent Contractor and was only an "Employee" putting INTO Social security..... when I managed a small Air Tour Company at the Kona Airport. I DID go in and was happy to see Lee. There was a long line and people were waiting literally for hours ( I waited 2 Hours ) and the 2 people ahead of me had very complicated transactions. I could have EASILY slipped in ... during the other transactions as Lee was talking about news, weather, and sports with the man ahead of me.He then had a HISSY FIT on me and said I was just "trying to throw back my 5 star rating at him"Obviously that was not my intent, and LEE I am NOT CHANGING MY RATING so you can calm the "F"down.... I am INCENSED...A N D. I am NOT Changimg my original ratingGet some Customer Service trainingYou NEED. ITAnd HOW did you get my Maiden Name..... Are you Stalking me???!”

There's selection of things are much better quality I feel than other places that are comparable to target. The prices here are great, especially being that you can price match their own prices online. The store is always clean and the staff is always professional and I am a lifelong customer. The only thing that I wish remained the same was the Pizza Hut near the entrance. Unfortunately no it is self serve on the pizzas are just not the same.”

“Intrigue is nonsense: palatable necessity for linguists' sensation! Be a Google guide, nonchalantly peruse a city block of merchants' ideals, while your hair courses in the wind. Mobile, even, still: never! Always a tool to improve the environment that our government did not see. Hey, you two, let's be three? Me, one and none I am person, personally. Buy a phone: I love communication, as a solo I need a knower; plain and pholo.”
“I don't really leave reviews anywhere, but Shiloh was very thorough and very helpful. We came in just for the ultra watches and I had lot of questions and he answered them all! And with all the new perks of bundling our Netflix subscriptions we had no idea we could save through Verizon. His coworkers were also friendly. We've never had this great service on Oahu so far. Thank you!”

The worker that assisted with transferring the service/phones worked with us until closing. She was very patient and explained each step throughout the process. I've never had to wait in a long line in the late afternoon. No major issues with any devices purchased through the store. When one of our phones didn't work properly, they immediately processed a replacement.”
“Great service happens here, I have gone in store two different times because the phone support was so terrible, I was ready to give my phones back and quit service until manager Kevin figured out what was wrong with my bill and went beyond expectations to get this resolved. Mahto was also very helpful and I can highly recommend this location..”
