Friendly, fast service this past trip in. Thorough and even checked something extra for me while under the car. Discount on car wash with an oil change. They let me go through twice since my car was super dirty and needed a second wash to get everything off.

Went through the car wash, went to vacuum my car after and noticed it wasn't totally clean. I thought no big deal...till I got to my tailgate and there was mud on the bumper that hadn't been there before. No problem, I'll just ask to go through again. Found someone in the oil change bay that said to pull back around and show them amd go through again.
Went back, told the guy where you pay and showed my receipt and he let me through. While I was waiting to go back through the wash a guy comes up...assuming the manager and starts demanding who told me I could come back through. I told him someone in the bay...he told me next time i come and ask them and then demanded again who I talked too. I'm not sure why he was so rude or what difference it made because I had my receipt and the car was still dirty. Not a pleasant experience I won't be going back.

The owner of this company is rude and an I want to say numerous other things but I will not stop to his level of education..
First and foremost he is giving Lex Brodies a bad name. If this is how Lex Brodie's allow their name to be represented I will discontinue all services and with this company and any businesses affiliated with this name. Mind you I have been a faithful participant and believer of Lex Brodies and their services for over 15 years.
I purchased the monthly express car wash pass because I thought I'd give it a try but they want to put a sticker on my car. I do not mark my car in anyway and the sticker would be placed on my tint. So upon purchasing the services I told them that and the manager at the time told me it was alright but if the chip in the sticker broke I would have to pay 2 dollars to replace (I was ok with). So I have been going there for about a month. Today there was issues with the scan bar thing. The owner comes out with a chip on his should and starts speaking to me really condescending like I'm an idiot. I told him that they do not pay me to advertise for them on my car one and they did not pay for the rent on my car because the sticker will go on my tint. Which if they pull off will peel my tint. And he got really cocky and told me he is the owner and he makes the rules and he will do what he wants. I told him that I do not mark my car with any thing because that will allow people to know my car which in Hilo u have to be careful especially with the high theft that's been going on. So he tells me that hes cancelling my membership because not putting the sticker on adds more work to them because they have to verify the sticker to the plates of my vehicle because I am able to pass the sticker on to others.. let's just say all the workers there knows my car and me because that is how many times I have gone there. The owner has horrible customer service. He would not try to find a solution to my dilemma or assist me in anyway. He needs to get a clue in customer service and be educated in the worst way on how to speak to people.
Did not give this guy any service because he does not even try to help.. it's his way or the highway..

Terrible. Got the premium package and it didn’t even get the light mud spatter off. Jeep looked about the same coming out as it did going in. Complete waste of time and money.

Disappointed with overall service here. Needed to vacuum my car and I understand free vacuums are only for customers so I was going to happily buy a car wash. The car wash was broken but they do not have a separate "vacuum only" fee available, so the manager was insisting I pay $16 to not get a car wash but only use the vacuum. I would expect a place to want to help potential customers when THEY are inconveniencing them by the car wash being down/broken. The coin vacuum available across the street was also broken and not an option. Staff was not friendly or interested in helping.

This place wasn’t good before and now is worst
Before I defended the lousy equipment on my big truck. Now I have an small car, the lousy equipment still can’t do the work. They sure don’t do much for the community. Next time I will just do it at home.
I feel i am paying $20 to get upset and not to get my car clean.

Car wash doesn't completely wash my car which is disappointing since it's a fairly new car wash. For the price of $16, it's really not worth it to end up re-washing your car...

Staff is really great, professional, and personable. Felt like they cared. Seems like a good work environment. They fixed up my uncle’s car no problem and moved fast.
