Came and looked at my car and said he needed to pick up the part and would return the following week to repair my vehicle. Never came back. Never picked up my calls. Never responded to any of my texts or voicemails. Completely ghosted me. If I could rate zero stars for this review, I would.

Did not show up wasted my whole day waiting for nothing. Better off going to a shop yourself. And comes the lies after several calls. He a FRAUD.

This guy is amazing at his work and even better at client satisfaction! Called him twice to help diagnose a broken door latch and remove a spark plug, both times he showed up the same day and was able to fix the issues. Wow I bring my uncle car today. the best of them all. For the past 4 years I being on the island.My car being to mostly all the auto repair shop here in hilo never experiences any pair price and honest work.Most of the time I get my car out 1 week later the same problem came back or something else need to repair. But Kent auto repair fix my uncle car today with very good price and honest work. This will be my place to go to if I need to fix my car again. What a good feeling to start off this new years 2021. Thank you

Kent's is the best of the best. I'm lucky I found his shop and he knows what he is doing. He is a honest guy and no non sense. Better than any of those big name shops out there. He helped me figure out which cars to avoid when car shopping and is just all around great.
