Gary was awesome! He was patient and worked through all the troubles we had with lending. They weren't the best rates we were offered but Gary did go above and beyond to help us and actually get funded. I cannot recommend his customer service enough!

Response to issues was extremely fast. Closing date was unexpectedly delayed.

Joy did an excellent job of keeping us on track, even getting our closing date moved up. She responded quickly to all of our questions and was always friendly. We would recommend working with her as well as the other staff at Island Home Loans to any of our friends.
