The worker that assisted with transferring the service/phones worked with us until closing. She was very patient and explained each step throughout the process. I've never had to wait in a long line in the late afternoon. No major issues with any devices purchased through the store. When one of our phones didn't work properly, they immediately processed a replacement.”

“I don't really leave reviews anywhere, but Shiloh was very thorough and very helpful. We came in just for the ultra watches and I had lot of questions and he answered them all! And with all the new perks of bundling our Netflix subscriptions we had no idea we could save through Verizon. His coworkers were also friendly. We've never had this great service on Oahu so far.
