This is one of the most effecient verizon stores I've ever been too. Usually it takes forever to get a new phone set up but Hannah got everything activated quickly and had us out the door within 20 minutes.

I went in today to get a replacement for my phone. I dropped it several times . Shiloh helped me and he was giving me options. He also was telling me I should hold on on upgrading because the new iPhone is coming up. He tried his best to help but with the network being slow, he could only do so much. I would come back again.
March 2021
Went in for a new phone. I go for their promo stated I will get the best newest iPhone and another free for adding a line. Guy gives me a lesser phone without telling me.
