I have been looking for an electrician for weeks and happened to bump into James who was wearing his work shirt at the Home Depot in Kona. All of the three Kona based electricians I solicited never returned my call. Long story short this company is on point, are responsive, and completed the job within one week after speaking with James. Just wished they were based in Kona. Excellent professional work - cannot praise them enough!

If you want honest, professional and great work Hirayama Brothers can offer you a wonderful experience. I have used them for the past 18 years. Mel is so awesome i Can pick up the phone and tell him my electrical problem and if I'm lucky which most of the time I am, he sends a electrician out to fix my problem. There prices are reasonable to. Call Mel.

Called their office they scheduled for tomorrow but they called me back and came out the same day. Very professional Cody and his partner hooked up my hot water heater. They patiently Waited to double check it was fixed, and triple checked the voltage and circuit breaker for my concerns.Everything is great, much appreciated, great communication. Thank you I can finally take hot showers again.

Fantastic service from start to finish! From Pua- in the office, to Mel who came out to develop a quote for us; and Ivan & Logan, the electricians who came out and did a. beautiful job. We will definitely call on Hirayama for all of our future electrical needs.

This company was paid for an inspection that was a complete waste of money and time. After they said the "system was working", several serious problems were discovered by another licensed electrician. They made a bid so high to do some work that was obvious they did not want the job. They may be nice to some people, but not to others. I was taken advantage of.

I saw them on Homestead Rescue. They helped Out a member of their community, by delivering a generator to a young family on a rebuilt homestead ( the original homestead was destroyed by Lava flow ) .They even brought them 10 gallons of gas. If I was in Hawaii and needed electrical work done, Hirayama Brothers is the first and only one that I would recommend. They Care!!
