Brought in my cat last year to get fixed. Later that night her stitches ripped open and we had to pay $700 to fix it. I shouldn’t have had to pay for there shit job I will never ever go back there. I have 9 cats and that was the only time that had EVER HAPPENED

Brought a stray kitten in to be seen for an injured paw. Staff was able to accommodate an appointment quickly. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and compassionate. I have since come back for immunizations and spay procedure. Love this group, highly recommend

Terrible. My friends begged for them to take their dog in, they said “too busy” and it cost the life of their dog. Rest in peace Rocket ?

Staff is always friendly, Docs are both great with all the puppers. Dr. Kyle has taken the time to explain process, diagnosis, treatments, and answer questions. They truly take care of the family when treating our pets.

My 11 week old puppy had gotten run over by accident. As I raced out the door to find ANY vet that would see her this was our first call down the list. Like many East Hawaii Island residents, Dr.Castro or Dr.Gruene was our go-to in the past. They were closing for lunch but stayed open to see her. From the first glance they're a "small but mighty" clinic, but you can tell that the staff works well together as a team and compassion was more than evident. As a small clinic they provided the attention she deserved and the explaining I needed as her owner. We found our new family vet and I highly recommend you give them a chance.

Amazing!! Best care from front desk to appointments. 10/10 all staff. Doctors and vet techs are all so kind and super helpful with all questions.

We can only express total appreciation for Dr Frazier and the staff with their kind, compassionate, and respectful attitudes during our very upsetting loss of Rocky. He was our loving companion for almost 18 years. These Dr's and their staff will have us until we too cross that Rainbow Bridge. ? So hard to express our gratitude and appreciation. If you want the BEST, then go to Hilo Veterinary Clinic!!! Mahalo, Dan and Toni

We've had nothing but great experiences with this team. The Veterinary field is hard, finding help is even harder. But there team has always been good to our family and all 3 fur babies. With the shortage of staff we appreciate them squeezing in my baby today. She was in a lot of pain. And they took great care of her! And they have great prices! Harper thanks you all!

Absolutely wonderful care. Thorough and kind. Can I leave 50 stars? Pricing was reasonable and at no point did I feel the bill was padded with unnecessary fees or test. I will be coming back and can not imagine going anywhere else ever!

Excellent level of service and care for my fur babies. Front office staff is friendly and approachable. The Drs are amazing; they are patient and are able to communicate care options effectively.

We've taken 2 of our dogs here and they were indescribably great with both of them. One dog had gotten into a toad and was having seizures. Obviously we were scared and upset. They did a great job calming us and giving us the options. Fortunately it all worked out and his seizures stopped after the first dosage of the medication they gave us. They always do a great job getting to us so we're not waiting for long in the wait area.
