Have placed the order for my mom's birthday since I'm now on the island. They came, saw that the apartment was gated and turned away. They claim that they called my mom and upon arrival but neither of us had any missed calls.Bottom line: sketchy website, higher prices and super unreliable. If you want to get something special for the people you love, use other delivery services, I know I will.

I needed a floral arrangement for my aunts funeral to cover the table and display her urn. I asked for bright and tropical and they made a beautiful arrangement. On top of that my dad called to order an arrangement from their dad and asked for something that would go nicely with the arrangement I ordered and it was absolutely beautiful and matched without being too matchy.

My boyfriend always buys flowers from this shop. They usually deliver around lunch or earlier and their arrangements are always gorgeous. These were my latest birthday delivery.

I love that I got to order a beautiful floral arrangement for my moms birthday even though I live in Texas. The staff called to confirm my order and I was very satisfied with her customer service. The maile leis I picked up was well packaged and fresh, and added to this was the helpful recommendations of the proprietor to ensure the lei stayed fresh until it brightened my grand daughter's smile at her graduation.

Lady who assist me in purchasing roses for my wife was outstanding. Professional and personal. Kind and helpful understanding cost and colors regarding roses as I’m colorblind. Also, they are a local florist in Hilo. I called another florist who stated they were in Hilo which I discovered they weren’t They were a middle-person company which charged larger fees on top of flower price. Support local florist if possible.

I wanted to order fresh, beautiful flowers for my Mom for Mother's day. Since she is living in HI, I wanted to order them locally from a shop on the Island, not from the mainland. The online order process was very simple and delivery was easily scheduled. That evening I received a call from the shop just confirming the delivery was for Mother's Day. I confirmed it was, and the very kind woman noted that I'd scheduled it for the week AFTER Mother's Day. Thankfully she noticed the message on my gift card was for Mother's Day and immediately reached out to ensure the correct delivery date! AND they were able to still get the gorgeous bouquet to her on time, despite my scheduling error! I'm SO grateful for their excellent service, attention to detail, and care for the customers! Thank you Hilo Floral!
