This is the best bike shop. The owner Chris is very friendly and knows his stuff. Quality products and service. I bought a new bike for my daughter, and have a carbon road bike they service. Highly recommend.

Another place that displays bikes not for sale. Brilliant. Yeah, put a mediocre bmx bike on the wall and tell everyone they can't buy it.Good Lord businesses in Hawaii are nonsensical.I didn't know a pink-magged BMX was "Hawaiian heritage."Keep digging

Had a great time purchasing a Trek MTB from here. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. No pressure purchasing experience. Bikes here are on the pricey side, but these are higher-end brands, like Specialized, Trek, and Cannondale. Chris was even nice enough to give my bike a free tune-up at 6 months, on the house. Awesome!

Rude, dismissive and only want to help you if you’re buying a lot of gear. I will never go close to this place again. I gave the guy another chance and he doubled down on his rudeness. Go around the corner… much better service

I shipped my bike over from the mainland and took it down to Chris at the Bike Hub to reassemble. Price was the most reasonable in town and just reasonable in general. Turn around was lickity split. And when I came into pick up the bike, everyone working there was totally nice and welcoming. Highly recommend this place.

Top notch service, polite staff, passionate owner, professional all around. The bike industry is a tough gig. Low margins, long hours, timeIntensive interactions with customers. Chris obviously does this to share his passion of cycling. He helped my sister buy a suitable bike & recently helped with boxing it up and having it shipped to the main land. The Bike Hub was always helpful with service.They have great brands, great inventory, the best customer service!Thanks Bike Hub!
