I tried to order something and the website didn't accept my address so I used the post office. The company shipped through FedEx and Kawika called me promptly to explain the situation and get an alternative address. He was friendly and organized and just wonderful. Excellent experience!!

Nice workers, quick assistance. But why no packing materials or anything besides plain boxes?? Kinda silly for a fedex ship site. I had to go to the USPS across the way to buy materials. Almost missed the ship out time.
