Best place to get souvenirs in Hilo. Much less in cost than the market across the street.

Great shop with lots of items which can be a souvenir, they are importers at the same time they do sell local stuff for a great price. There is a farmers market just opposite to this shop where local vendors sell the same items at more than double the cost of this shop. Its a huge shop which has lots of items from small magnets to eatables, dresses, home decor, signs and much more. Better to buy here than in Kona. If you want to buy a souvenir or something to have as a keepsake or anything Hawaiian, this is the place.

This place has a lot of items to choose from. It is a mix of cheap imports sprinkled in with locally made items. The prices are hit or miss. I was able to pick up a cool patch and some bracelets at a fair price. Many of the items are also across the street at the farmers market so price check if you have the time like we did. It is worth a visit. The staff was friendly enough.

Surprised to find such a huge inventory in this shop. Was expecting junk, lol. Yes, some of that too but also treasures, with better selection than Kona town on the other side of the Island. People complain about stuff being imported from elsewhere BUT they do also have a HUGE selection of local macadamia sweets and other treats.

Beautiful, inexpensive souvenirs! I bought a bunch of handcrafted instruments, including a rain stick!

I wish I could leave a better review but the door was locked in my face before I could even attempt to walk in. It was a little before 4pm and the store sign said the store closed at 4:30 so I didn't understand the reason for the person to rush to the door and lock it. Im sure the items are great but the customer service is atrocious.

This store sold me a sign that fell and shattered when I hung it because the screw at the back was rusty and broke the string. When I went to return it they refused to take it back or make things right.

Nice variety of Hawaiian gifts to take back home at a reasonable price.Only giving them 4 stars though because their aisles are NOT wide enough for someone in a wheelchair to access. There were some cool things, like dresses, that just were impossible to see.Their staff was too busy checking out customers to be able to help me find what I had gone in to buy.I did like what I saw... and did end up buying about $50 worth of stuff... but it could have been significantly more had I been able to find some dresses and shirts I liked in sizes I needed.

I heartily agree with all the other reviewers that say this is a super fun and entertaining gift shop to buy inexpensive (but not cheap looking) souvenirs. I bought earrings and bracelets for myself and as gifts for friends. I realize that they're not made in Hawaii, (the person in the shop said they are made in the Philippines), but they are nice looking g, especially for the price, and still provide that Island feeling. Really fun shop, I recommend it.

If you want cheap, low quality imported stuff from Asia that says “Hawaii” on it then this is the place. They don’t sell anything handcrafted locally and don’t want to.

How does this place not have more reviews being across the street from the famous Hilo Farmers Market. Can find super cheap souvenirs. Definitely worth a stop.

Huge variety of clothes, accessories and decor. A little turned off by souvenirs being made outside of Hawaii.
