Chevy was taking a long time to do a warranty repair, When they were sharing the same shop with Toyota service center. When they got their own shop my truck was finished in 2 weeks. Juan from Chevy was the most helpful. They did a great job on the repairs, worth the wait. Looks really clean(New motor). my dream truck is back on the road! Thank you!

Got misdiagnosed on a transmission problem that cost me almost $3,300 on parts and labor. Come to find out what I asked them to check on in the first place was the problem. Would have costs me less then $700 to fix ended costing me thousands of dollars

The dealership is a joke. Very poor management. I sat down with the manager Juan Barrietos to sign the vehicle buying papers. At that point he went over the documents and told me, in case of any problem I have warranty and I am protected with the lemon law.
However my car turned to be a lemon, the dealership doesn’t help you with anything. They tell you to deal with GM corporate.
When GM corporate reached out to request a car swap and according to GM, the dealership denied it.
Yes dealership denied and made me do a new order online which would take another 8 months to receive the car.
In the middle of the process GM denied the new order of the car because I am located in Hawaii.
For them it’s the end of the story. 9 months later, I went to court won the case, however I am still fighting to return this lemon and get either a new car or my money back. 05-09-2024
