Buyer beware, bought a car from them, couple weeks and 200 mi later transmissions completely failed. Mechanic said transmission was fubar for a while. Absolutely do not buy from theses people.

No aloha no Pono, They not only sold us a bunk car that was a lemon, they gave us a late payment. Car Kelly blue book at the time was $2800 and they sold it to us for $6000. Car died a few days later. They "replaced part" by swapping it out with an old model so it added 100k miles to the low mileage (the whole point of buying it) Covid hit and they marked us with a late payment in May 2020 even though we had exemptions from being laid off. We paid the car off in three months this place is literally BASURA. luckily my husband is friends with a mechanic and it was repaired enough to get our money back. Oh they smoke in their office so it reeks. You don't need $$ to be clean where's the money going for how much they rip people off.

I've been working on my credit a bit but was still not able to get approved for an auto loan anywhere. I also had a okay sized down payment. I work so hard and really needed a reliable vehicle. I kept feeling super defeated getting turned down by every other car dealership. Deb at Credit Cars Hawaii did such an awesome job helping me out. She is heaven sent! I got approved in no time and was able to get a beautiful vehicle. Low miles and only one previous owner! I'm so happy with it. No problems at all so far. I am able to work a better schedule too now with my newer, reliable vehicle. It's been such a boost in overall self confidence and has relieved so much stress! It's up to you to do your research on the vehicle & see if it's the right one for you. Ask questions. Check it out. I think they allow you to bring an mechanic if needed? Not sure. They attacked me for asking and said if they repaired anything that I would have to pay more. There's a reason my mechanic never does business with them

I want to start by saying that I don't Yelp and I take the claims against someone's business or job very seriously but my hopes is that I save someone my experience and to be completely honest, I would love these crooks put out of business.Bought a 2006 Pruis with 52k miles a few months back, a day after purchase the dashboard went completely black. No speedometer no fuel gauge...nothing... After two "lets see what's wrong appointments" and failed fixes they agreed to install a new computer. Started the car drove home then realized that the mileage now reads 160k miles. Debbies response was that they installed a used part and it doesn't effect the cars value. The entire time we are asking to exchange this lemon for a camry of equal value 7,500 is what we agreed to pay for this car now worth 3,200.After many disrespectful phone calls (we actually had to start communicating via email alone because she would just yell over everything factual my wife said) with Debbie we finally agreed to payoff the remainder of the loan at a slightly discounted price of 4,200. (a car with A check engine light on, another random emergency light lit up and what they call the triangle of death button lit up)After putting only a few miles on the car 6 months after purchase, the main battery is now inoperable and needs replacement. This is a repair that equals the value of the car so the car is worthless.Long story short is these people buy junk at auctions and sell them at immoral prices then don't back up their sales.

The manager is super nice... unfortunately due to the Covid 19 ... they have no inventory due to the fact that the barges won't be delivering any more cars 'til mid June. I'll definitely be back...
