Coastal sends supplies that I did not order, on top of that I get billed $109. Been going on for months, I also told them I will order when I'm ready, couple of months go by and I receive another box and bill saying that it's soon over due. How's that possible when I didn't order anything? Total dishonest company.

Avoid at all cost. This business is dishonest, sends supplies that we didn't order and continued to bill our insurance. Medical fraud. Check out the complaints on better business bureau.

Do not use this company. Their billing lacks itemization. I called them several times to ask if my medical insurance was being applied to their billing and was verbally told that it was after several calls. I finally called my insurance company to make sure. Calvin K

Just look at:BBB Coastal Medical HawaiiYelp Coastal Medical Supply HawaiiIt appears that Coastal Medical had to restart their Google reviews due to so many NEGATIVE REVIEWS.They send items you didn't order.They won't take the items back.The bill for items already paidThey threaten me with lawyers and collectionsMy insurance no longer allows patients to buy from Coastal Medical. YEAH!!Just go someplace else!

- Doctor referred me to Coastal. - Returned Coastal's call to setup appointment. - Booked appointment for today at 11:30am to pickup equipment. Took the day off work since I work Monday-Friday 9am-6pm - was told equipment must be returned within 24 hours, no exceptions - Who the hell can take two days off work to pickup and return equipment? People have M-F jobs! Asked if anything could be done to allow me to return within 48-72 hours. Phone rep said they'd call back. They didn't. - I called again this morning before the appointment. Was again told no exceptions and recommended I take an extended lunch break from work to return equipment tomorrow. - Told the rep it seemed incredibly odd, unhelpful, and inflexible to not attempt working with patients who are ultimately funding their business. - He said "sorry" and ended the call. Who runs a business like this? Aren't you receiving hundreds if not thousands of dollars through insurance companies? Do you only assist patients with no M-F job? Don't bother wasting your time asking them to help. Worthless at best.

When you try to order supplies over the phone no one ever answers the phone. Last time I complained about the customer service someone called me and said call her, use the extension she provided, and she will make sure I am taken care of. Well I call that secret extension, it is the same as if you call the direct number and order supplies and no one answers. I left a message 3 times and never got a call back. I am done with Coastal. Anyone have a better source of CPAP supplies?

I forgot my CPAP water reservoir at home while I was visiting Hilo. I left a message late at night through the website and they emailed me back the next morning verifying that they did have these for sale. I was able to go and purchase a replacement with no issue. Thank you for helping with my issue.

Hard to get a hold of anyone here, don't bother leaving a voicemail they will NEVER return your call. I know this because I have left a voice-mail 4 different times.. Whenever I do get a call from them they sound Indian coming from a call center. Does anyone even really work here?!

Same issues as everyone else: - Sending supplies without approval and getting charged - Horrible phone support and customer service - Went onsite several times to address the recall situation only to be told, please come back when we call you: It has been a year and I still have the old device with no follow up I'll be working with insurance to find another company.... After reporting them to bbb.

If I could give zero stars I would! Beware they will call you and tell you insurance covers everything and then months later charge you and say insurance didn't cover all of it. I received an order in august of 2022 and on 1/05/23 an auto pay went through for $306! Do not use auto pay! I tried talking on the phone with someone and they said since insurance was ran they could not refund me any of the money and told me I would have a credit of $70 towards my next purchase.

On December 8, 2022 I received an email from Coastal Medical Supply: "Thank you for placing an order with Coastal Medical Supply for your supplies. We are currently working to process your order and ship it to you as quickly as possible. Below are one or more reasons your order has not yet shipped: We are reviewing your prescription prior to shipping. Patient requested shipping be delayed until 12/16/22." First of all, I did not place an order so therefore how can I request shipping be delayed until 12/16/2022?!?! I immediately emailed them back to let them know that I did not place an order nor will I be responsible for returning anything shipped to me I did not request! ************ I received another email on December 9. 2022 Thank you for placing an order with Coastal Medical Supply for your supplies. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship your supplies at this time because we were either: Unable to obtain the required documentation needed to bill your insurance; or Unable to reach you regarding your upfront payment required in advance of shipment If you have any questions, please contact us at 808.545.2500. Thank you for choosing Coastal Medical Supply as your provider. Please rest assured we will reach out to you again in the future. Im not sure what is going on with this company but please be careful about their billing and shipping practices.

I went here to replace my Airsense 10 water chamber. No appointment, and in and out in five minutes. Better than that place in Kailua. Good price also, comparable to Amazon.

I've been getting supplies from Coastal Medical for a few years now. I've received replacement supplies every 3 months like clockwork; I never have to worry about running out of filters, cushions or other necessary components. Just today I went to their office (via appointment) to pick-up a new Resmed machine, because my Philips one was recalled. The guy that introduced me to my new machine was super informative, and friendly. Very happy with Coastal Medical for my cpap needs. I need to again give a special shout out to Jenna. Her customer service is incredible. She is so friendly; makes me feel like family.

I was emailed over three weeks ago that my refill on my cpap supplies will be ready to be shipped on August 22, 2022. Last Thursday, August 24, I get a call saying they need my doctor to refill the supplies and they already had my doctor's phone number. In the meantime, I'm using worn out cpap supplies.
