I would highly recommend Hilo Body Pros!! This is the second time I went to them for my car and they are very welcoming, they are so helpful makes you feel like everything’s going to be ok… and I tell you getting my car back and seeing the quality work they did not only made me feel happy every time I look at my car makes me smile ? and the timing that they had to fix my car they sure made it!! They’re On Point!! I’ll forever go to them for any of my body work!!

I wouldn't ever recommend this place to get your service done unless you want them to joy ride your vehicle and use up more than 1000 miles added to your car and not knowing where tf they had taken it within the 4 days it was left with them! PLEASE I repeat DONT trust these heartless people! They will rip you off big time, they are the worst company and it's sad to say that they are shady and unprofessional! This is the first time that this shit happened to me! I wouldn't ever go back. These people are using your car to go out and who knows where the fuck they are taking your car! It's disgusting!!! 0 ratings PERIOD!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!! I was robbed and now I gotta deal with this shit with my insurance company and I hope and pray they will do something about it ASAP! very unacceptable!

The worst f**** place to ever get your car fixed. Wtf is wrong ? They racked up 1500 miles in 4 fucking days. That's messed up bro! I just picked up my car and noticed it ! I have all the proof written on the receipt given! I cannot believe anyone or even a legal BIG COMPANY? Would do such thing. I feel so robbed, I cannot believe any one would trust a company like this after what happened to me. Did anyone ever get stolen from like this ? Damn this is so messed up! Especially when they already charge $3000+ to fix repair to start of with!. Very unprofessional and deceitful!

I had to have a dent on my car's front bumper cover replaced because had a dent in it. I called Body Pro to make an estimate appointment and they told me when to bring my car in for the estimate. They emailed me the estimate that afternoon. I told them I want it done and they had to order the part. When it came in they called me with the date I could bring my car to the. I asked about how log the repairs take and they told me about two days, as I needed to make a car rental reservation. I rented fro Enterprise as I always rent from them. They are located just across from Body Pro.when my car was ready I went to pick it up I noticed my car was completely clean and the outside side was shining as they washed it. They always do a great job repairing my car. This is the second time I had to bring in my cars to Body Pro to have them repaired and as always Body Pro do a great job. I highly recommend Body Pro to everyone.

They've used Impact wrench to put my license plate after a new paint on the bumper and that's the result. You can see on the picture it was force in.

Really great service and my car looks brand new! They said it would take 5 days... brought my car in on a Monday and picked it up on a Friday. Having enterprise right across the street is super convenient. Highly recommend.

I had a positive experience with this shop. They made my car door repair a breeze. They made the experience feel fast and easy. Lisa in the office was always kind and friendly. Highly recommend choosing them as your body shop especially for an insurance claim.

Having a car accident is never any fun. But I found my experience with Body Pros to helped make it go smoothly. From the moment I took the car in the staff were helpful and kind. I didn't have to wait. Lisa at the front desk and is very professional and helpful. The parts were ordered, and they got me in quickly. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and by Thursday it was ready. It wasn't major damage, but service was prompt. The really nice thing is Enterprise Rental is right across the driveway. When I picked my car up Friday, it was clean inside and out. The bumper looked brand new. Body Pros is the place to take your vehicle to get great work and outstanding customer service.

Great service & Great work!! William took care of my Dad and I when we took in our Mustang. Upon receiving the vehicle back from them I took a paint correction light to double check that the color and clear coat matched, everything lined up perfectly and is flawless.

Outstanding work and service! Lisa made my Toyota Tacoma repair a "magic carpet ride" from start to finish. Absolutely everything, from initial contact, rental car pick up and return, through to conclusion and delivery of a beautifully repaired truck, was completely seamless and a non-time wasting pleasure; it looks factory new. Being a retired commercial pilot, my standards and expectations are entrenched and abnormally high for this day and age. Body Pros exceeded those expectations in every regard. A grand review, such as this Yelp, is rare for me to take the time to write; Body Pros and their crew of obviously talented technicians and especially Lisa, have earned it. Ask for her directly. Finally, and without question, they are now my "go to" auto body repair shop on the Big Island. They get my highest recommendation.

I have to be honest with you I'd like to give them 0 stars For wasting 6 weeks of my life. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to have the estimate done. Was told these guys are the best. Through the best that being dishonest. I get my inspection 2 weeks later on Valentine's Day and I'm told I might have to wait a month for the parts to come in. A month goes by and my insurance company calls me and tells me that body pros does not want to repair my car and they don't have the time to repair my car. WTLF. THATS WHAT THEY DO FOR A LIVING. They are supposed to repair cars! My car accident was January 24th. To this day I'm still trying to figure out who is going to repair my car. This place is a waste of time. Thanks for making my life harder BODY PROS. YOURE THE BEST AT BEING THE WORST.
